Have you ever visited America?
Just curious. I've found that 100% of the foreigners who have visited America don't focus on the whole "redneck" trend, and the vast majority that haven't visited America tend to be preoccupied with believing that America is full of billy bob rednecks.
And while we're at it, Germany is full of Nazis, France is full of cowards, the Netherlands is full of pot smokers, China is full of computer nerds, and Canada is full of hockey players.
