It's because of you buddy ... Colonolisation ;)
When France and Spain occupied Morocco ... they don't want that the people get developped ...
They didn't want that the people to learn, to practice and to know what's going on in the country ;).
If it wasn't any colonisation,Morocco or any other people could make a so much better job ... and it's affected on the economy of the country and that's why people don't find jobs unless in other countries like Belgium for example :).

You launched the imperialism from Europe because you had an overflow in number of people and in economical resources so you had to export them and sell them in other countries just after the industrial revolution :).
