Even though I don't like Ghormeh Sabzi, I'll be glad to give you the recipe. Check out this website http://www.farsinet.com and search for Ghormeh Sabzi. There's lots of ways of making it. You can use black eyed peas or kidney beans for the topping it doesn't really matter. Pedar sookhteh means "son of a gun" or "father burned".
