It's not a problem, that you uploaded a video, that someone else also uploaded.
You can upload whatever you want in your channel. It's not your responsibility to check if other people have uploaded the same thing.
If it gets featured, despite of being a repost, that's the fault of the staff who featured it, which again is not a big deal.
Upload what you have, and don't worry so much.
