@slapstop I am yet to explore NL.. I keep meaning to do it but work gets in the way.. have a friend who studies in Rotterdam so I really should do at least a weekend visit sometime and would like to find a nice chilled out smoking cafe in Amsterdam! :)

There are coffeeshops in Rotterdam as well. There's quite some competition between A-dam and R-dam..on all levels. Maybe this happens between Berlin and Hamburg?
