Never cheat on low carb...Entry Added: Apr-9-2014 By: Bigs
Well those few mouthfuls of potato at the weekend really slowed things the fuck down.
Took until Wednesday to get back to weight loss, at 85.9 kg. Before those cunting potatoes was already at 86.0 kg, so 3 or 4 days just to undo that damage and shift 0.1 kg
I don't care if my weight bounces up by a pound or so once I'm at my goal but I'm still 5.9kg from there (about 13 lb) so nope, no more "cheat days"...

Weekend Eating Shenanigans,,,Entry Added: Apr-7-2014 By: Bigs
As expected I ate a little more carbs than I'd like over the weekend, with "family gatherings" and such.
Not much, just some potatoes and the batter on some fish fillets - and BOOM! Weight bounced up by 0.4 kg, wiping out Friday's progress.
Still at 86.4 kg though, which is a big improvement over 89 last week. I'd call this a leptin re-feed and continue... ;o)
Today am mostly getting by on butter-coffee (yes, coffee with butter in it) as a way of killing hunger. Just one omelet so far and later will have chicken and veggies. Have also been rather busy running around doing chores and stuff, so confident I'll undo all or most of that 0.4 kg today. You need to be registered in order to add comments!

Just an experiment to see if I can upload full HD resolution and just what the LL system will do to it. This is just 2 minutes of steep, controlled descent. Nothing happens, though the squeaking so
As a number of you seemed to like my 10 mins of uneventful helmet cam, enjoying the lovely trails of Borneo,,, so here's some more! Twice as long, and on trails twice as gnarly. This is from the same
Actually not so much a tumble as a thud... Nice bruising all down right hand side. Hit my head so hard I had double vision for a few seconds. Yep, I need a new helmet. Arse. As is often the cas
Most of the local boats are of the open, canoe-style "sampan" design, even the larger ones. Finding one with a cabin and Western styling is rare. I had one, a 19 footer but she was too small to car
This is just a 10 minute random segment where nothing much happens but I did say I'd upload some footage. So here's some footage :) Part of an epic 10 hour trek through mountains, valleys, streams,
