It's a simple fact that the Brits are both incompetent and cowardly, as evidenced by their terrible failures in both Basrah in Iraq and Helmand in Afghanistan.

You should hear what my friend who was in a Stryker Brigade in Iraq said about how the British ****ed things up in Basrah. You limeys were so afraid of casualties that you let Basrah get completely taken over by Shiite militias, and made illegal deals with those militias, including the Mahdi army, against the Iraqi government's wishes. Y More..ou then retreated from Basrah and the militias immediately took control. The US had to come in and clear out the militias, because the Iraqis couldn't do it themselves. The battle was already won before you limeys even came back to provide a token gesture as if you were actually going to help. But don't take his or my word for it:

The US succeeded in doing in two weeks what the British couldn't do from 2003-2008. And you Limeys think you're in a position to criticize US military performance?

Oh, and let's touch on what has happened in Afghanistan. After the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan, Helmand was one of the most peaceful and stable provinces. Then the US packed up and went East/North-East and the Brits moved into Helmand. The entire province fell into Taliban control because you Brits just hid in your compounds and refused to actually ******* fight, and when you did try to fight such as the siege of Jugroom fort, you got your asses kicked and you needed the US to come in, save you, and do your mission for you.
