People don't understand that their crazy comments can literally fuel people to do violent things. From what I can tell, if they block you, you get added.
If my assumptions are correct, vargas and many of his alts have been banned due to a recent stunt. ( he made a alt on april 1 mocking himself to get + thumbs and went back later mocking everyone.) I also think he's widers.
