The phrase 'the Website shall be DEEMED solely based in Virginia' (my capitals) doesn't neccessarily mean it is IN Virginia.
That's like saying Topshop in London is deemed to be based in Monaco just because Sir Philip Green sends all his profits More..

Its sounds more like your the brainwashed one..I don't know what the media is like over in Turkey? But it sounds like they have fed you alot of lies & misinformation.....I personally believe absolutely nothing I hear in the media..I gather information from many sources & I come to my own conclusions..It appears that in your twisted view of reality everyone else is wrong..And you are always right..But I'm sure I am wasting my time trying to enlighten you..
