I once lived across the Ala Wai on Date street.
I remember once jogging around the Ala Wai getting drunk at old (Red Lions)? then swimming across the Canal walked 2 blocks to my home..........I did so much life and death crazy shit..........Only the Angels by the Lord Jesus I'm still alive.
