Thank you for pointing out that the runner was trying to get attention, i was waiting for the video to be posted so i could say the same thing but at least you said it. Thats the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this on the news. If people knew she was dehydrated they should of stopped her because she could of died and im pretty sure someone could get sued.
