@cayoub88 I've been back from Afghanistan for about 6 months now and I also just got out of the Army and moved back home to Cali. When we were over there we didn't have internet, though. For the first seven months we didn't have any electricity or running water. We were too remote.

@xlolex46 It's attached to the Army's new M320 grenade launcher and helped a lot with firing the weapon. BTW I know this is late just had never seen any of these comments.

@shroom9191 Thanks for the reply. I already responded to your first post to my original comment. I wasn't a marksman if you mean sniper. I was a team leader and a Squad Designated Marksman (SDM) for some time. Each platoon has two SDMs and they carry their standard M4 plus an M14 with an EBR kit (M14 EBR). The SDMs are not snipers, snipers reach out to distances of 1,000 meters and up while SDMs reach from 400 meters up to 1,000. It allows an infantry platoon to touch targets that would ot More..

@shroom9191 I appreciate it man. And you spend a year or two in a non-leadership position so you naturally over time learn things as you go. It can be overwhelming in the beginning but if you train your guys well they won't need much leadership.

@braccoo dunno, i provided more info on a video he didnt even post (copy and paste news story) and for some reason he voted this down. i reckon if you rack your brains for long enough you'll remember a time when you had a minor disagreement that he took personally and cried about for days. i did, now he roams from one comment of mine to the next just voting them down..
