Hey srg84. Balls for posting the vid lol. Ive boxed for 25 years, and it isnt that easy to summarise everything in a commentary box. My coach when i was 13yo told me to liken the jab to flicking someone with a wet tea towel. Thats the action your trying to create. Its a boxing secret, but i figured id throw u a bone. Except your fist is the tip of the towel. When u get your jab right its sounds like a whip cracking when it hits the bag, or at least thats what your going for.
