I stopped by to subscribe to your channel fully expecting to dramatically change your life with the epic gesture (by a complete stranger)of clicking a button with my mouse. i'm here more often now that things have settled down and i'm getting my routine established more.Doing alot of reading and exercising more than i was doing.i'm also watching my diet.(smiles)

Thank you for your kind words and meditations Philein.My life is out of the rut and i spoke to my brother a few days ago( but alot of things are still touch and go).that's the way it always is.
