    • You didn't have to go all the way to Lebanon just for the cuisine. Heck, there's Lebanese restaurants in Houston. Sa-a-ay. You're up to something, aren't you? Yeah, I can tell. Chasing the almighty pound, huh? I used to live in Lebanon many moons ago ... Lebanon, Tennessee. =P

    • Gonna buy my plane ticket tonight! Home for the 4th of July! Wife and daughter's birthdays are on the 1st and 7th, too! Life's go-o-o-od. LOL Do you realize I haven't had a beer in over four months? Now that's a crime!

How you been, bro? In the States right now working on that house or flitting about the world looking for trouble again?

    • That's cool that your dad went to OU...Unfortunatley I did not. Put myself through college in Durant at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Was too expensive for me at OU. I grew up wanting to go there though because of the athletics (mostly football). I LOVE OU FOOTBALL!!! Tried to get into the Physical Therapy School up in Norman, but most seats went to out of staters and minorities. Worked in PT at a hospital in Durant while going to school...blah blah...anyway sorry but I had not heard o More..

      • I put myself through school at University of Cincinnati. I hung drywall and starved almost to death. I couldn't get a grant or loans - I'm white. I came down with mononucleosis from malnutrition and was hospitalized. Almost lost my spleen. Ahhhh the good old days.

      • We took him to the vet, who confirmed what we thought - he had a massive brain aneurism. She injected him with an overdose of sedatives, and he went to sleep. He was a brave dog - smart and loving an fun.

I miss him, but we didn't want him to suffer any more.

      • They're a part of the family, and it's sad to see those animal friends go.

        My condolences, bardville.

    • That's wierd. I remember reading in an old Maxim or Stuff magazine about a haunted house used in an old famous horror flick that the White Stripes play at all the time. May have been their April fools edition. Sorry for the late reply, I've been fairly busy lately so havn't been on LL at all.

    • You know, Kentucky is just right there and we've never crossed the border lol. If I ever get time I've been wanting to make my way to that old house from "House on Haunted Hill" I heard they turned it into a bar.
