Great composure and insightful rebuttles in some of your Palestinian-Israeli conflict debates. Keep up the good work in encouraging deeper thinking.
I am here for that same reason.
interesting insight, though we may disagree, you are cordial and intelligent.

Thanks for your good comments. Thank you very much for your service
@RickBond, Me? I ended up just going along for the ride.
I could only help Marines in a sick bay setting.
I'm a simple Corpsman but it's the "Docs" among us who make the designation shine. They perform the service we are most famed and respected for. I always tell Marines who attempt to praise me for my work as a "Doc" that I couldn't even begin to compare to an FMF Corpsman who worked under fire in the field while covered in their brother's blood.
The FMF Corpsmen who w More..ent into the thick of it in Nam with the Marines provided the real service and commitment. I missed all that somehow. I'll admit, I felt lucky. Most normal 19 year olds probably would.
Now that I'm older I sort of feel guilty that I missed out and wasn't able to perform the service that Corpsmen are widely known and respected for.
No wonder the Marines have such a soft spot for Corpsmen! I'm not the type of Corpsman responsible for making them feel that way. I honestly wish I were.
The "Corpsman Up" emblem is meant to honor their service.
When my son was wounded in Iraq, he ended up at Bethesda NMC. I watched many hospital corpsmen/women help care for him. They were a part of a whole team of care, and they have my love and respect forever.
@marinemom, I worked with some who'd been stationed there, but never heard one bad comment about Bethesda from them. They seemed quite impressed actually.
Enjoyed our talk. Had to subscribe. Thumbs up down the line.
Do you have corgi's?
@RAMSEY44, I had a Corgi for 12 years. He passed at 14 1/2. He was the smartest, most devoted and spirited dog I've ever had. He became paralyzed in his hind quarters his last 2 years with me. He still romped and played and would drag himself to follow me around our one acre yard. He would never leave my side.
Some say they are enchanted dogs. They may very well be just that. I'm hooked on Corgis now. My next dog will be another older red Pembroke that needs a home. I keep looking for one wit More..hin reasonable distance. Less..
I'm a dachshund guy. I love the breed and know how they are as far as habits and temperament. Best dog I ever had, and most annoying but they make up for it in personality...

This is why that DEATH CHURCH guy cant be around firearms.
Subbed! See ya's around! =D
Excellent link you handed me there. Snooping around here...seems like you are good people. Cheers and subbed.
Thank you for your service. Merry Christmas! Sub'd and thump'd.
I'm saving this pic for my wife
Stopping by to say hi and sub ya. Need more people like you on live leak.👍👍
Whatever your happy pill is here's hoping it finds you this week my friend.
@larryparamedic, I went green. I smoke my happy pills these days. Lol
@MuffinTop, Not good. The dementia is getting the best of her. She'll be 87 the end of January and this will probably be her final new year. I've been with her through even the light beginning stages of her dementia over 6 years ago.
I've become more mindful about remembering things over my years with mom. It's best to enjoy and use the ability while I still have it to use. Lol
@MuffinTop, Thanks, I need as many positive vibes as I can get after listening to mom repeatedly call out for long lost loved ones while she's awake for the last few months.
I just ordered some noise cancelling headphones to help preserve what little I have left of my sanity. Lol
@corgi_o_ner og kush,fire walker,sky walker,mj helps sanity.
@dailyplot, Got that covered. I start working on my sanity daily within 20 minutes of getting up in the AM and continue to work on it regularly until it's time for bed. This also helps to turn my cheap 20 dollar headphones into something I'd have to pay over 300 for to get the same awesome sound quality while straight. Lol
