I sure hope that the department doesn't back his actions. But, to tell you the truth there is so much evidence of his wrong doing that it would be impossible for them to back him. I do not think he would have been crazy enough to shoot the man purposely, but if he was negligent, the bottom line is that a man died. That guy was young and had a daughter a no one deserves to be hand cuffed, shot in the back, and left to bleed out on a subway platform. Thanks for the comment ;-)
