Just thought I'd drop in and say that I appreciate what you do. Lurchers and Greyhounds are my love. Having rescued one nearly 12 years ago at an estimated age of 2.5 years I lost him 4 weeks back. He had some trust issues but what abandoned hound doesn't? He was the best dog I ever had.

Thanks for the support and posts! I used to work with a woman who had adopted a bunch of Greyhounds. We don't have any tracks in NY and I wasn't aware of how they are mistreated. I actualy got to see her dogs a cpl times and was amazed of how nice they were for being so mistreated. That was one of the reasons why I now have a rescue dog(but he's not a Greyhound)
