I sympathize with you as I have the same problem. I tried to speak to the boss but he got the wrong impression of what I was trying to say to him and would not debate the issue because he deleted my comment when I tried to engage him in debate. That is what we are up against and there is nothing we can do about it as it is his site and he lets us know that.
