Hello and Good Day, In response to your commentary, let me begin by telling you that I am a Diving instructor, and can tell you this device is both ungainly and slow. It also removes the physical aspect of diving, which is a shame. There is no benefit in using this device. One can swim faster than this device. There may be some application for this contraption, but I can't think of one that is not already met by a much less expensive means. You ask if I have ever invented anything...yes, I have. More..

We take in abandoned dogs and I have come to the conclusion dogs are better people then people.
