You know what's F'd up? I work in a 2-story building with no elevator and only stairs...Can I file a suit even though I don't have a disability??? I wonder, if I was restricted to a wheelchair or even crutches, or a walker I would need an elevator right? There's your idea. Goto to buildings that don't have an elevator or handicap access and film it. Then sue their asses off!
