I'm in emergency services in the OKC area, the boy only lost his left arm the right was spared. Also there are about 20 other pics of this accident and the OKC fire dept. is doing a head hunting search on who took them because of the massive HIPPA violation of taking these picture.

I am not sure on the rules of the HIPPA but it does not disclose who the boy is, nor does it show his face. I thought that hippa had to do with Dr's and medical personel giving out personal Medical information. This could have been anyone on the scene.

You shouldn't block "trolls". It is meaningless now. Many people have troll icon that shouldn't have, and many should and don't.
