Sadly my bird is all gone now. I ate about four sandwiches just today in total, this is how I make them; two slices of bread like any sandwich, mashed potatoes on both slices, turkey, gravy, stuffing on top, sandwich it together... Delicious! Thanksgiving dinner all in a sandwich, it's best with a real cooked bird but a make the same sandwiches around the year all the time using deli turkey instead.
Edit: They are super filling and definitely not for people who are counting calories. More..
