I gotta admit, I gel better with British soldiery than American, Trav, I've gotten into a few arguments with several squaddies and we always wind up friends afterwards, whereas the Americans? @michael567 Still, Ive met plenty of outstanding soldiers from the US and Canada. But your training appears to be an indoctrination process, so the end result is maybe more fierce and proud and less likely to accept criticism or (one way) banter! whereas in the UK we are actually aware that we think we are more important and vital then we are or ever were!!
