Looks like its from the game "Cardboard Kitty". You ever play that? Here's how...make a cardboard cut-out of a kitty. Paint it black. Then put aluminum foil where its eyes will be. Prop it up in the middle of the street at night. Watch the cars drive up and honk at it. Watch and laugh as "cardboard kitty" just sits there and stares back at the driver...who will eventually get out and try to shoo away More..
