I sure as shit wouldn't move someone involved in serious physical trauma and perform cpr on them. Drowning or heart attack maybe but that's assuming anyone knows how which is almost never a reality.

CPR is only performed on pulseless (dead) people. Don't worry about paralyzing someone in cardiac arrest, life over limb is the motto. Just be sure there's no pulse.
