@hotjobz Yeah I reckon they're beetle larvae. Just be careful - wild caught food can have all sorts of parasites etc on/in them. Found out the hard way with my tandanus catfish.
Those crayfish are cool. Our common yabby (Cherax destructor) will often turn a bright blue color in aquariums.
