Thanks for posting, do you think boiling too long might lose its rich vitamins, can we go for shorter time
@abutamem It has to boil to reach the setting point you can make quick jam in a microwave in a few minutes but you have to freeze it to preserve it or it has to boil to 105DCX to set and preserve
