James Ernst was ticketed on two counts of misdemeanor harassment, impeding the flow of traffic and improper use of a horn or warning, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
At 75 years of age, Mr. Ernst has had years to display this type of behavior and apparently hasn't. Sounds like a combination of a "bad day at the office" and losing his wife inMore.. the last year.
