LiveLeak.com provides a premium member service based on the following provisions:

1)	Premium Members agree, in subscribing to this service, that they will follow and adhere to the LiveLeak.com  terms of service (Link), main site rules (Link), forum rules (link) and chat rules (link).
2)	Certain premium areas may have a different rule set to general areas of the site. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these rules.
3)	LiveLeak.com reserves its legal right to refuse any application for premium membership without correspondence. Should this occur any fees paid for an unsuccessful application will be returned.
4)	Premium Memberships should normally be activated within 24 hours of funds clearing.
5)	Premium Memberships are based on calendar months.
6)	LiveLeak.com explicitly points out that it will immediately block premium membership applications if the payments made for these memberships are back posted, if debit balances or credit card charges fall through or if payment service providers preventively back post a payment due to irregularities. LiveLeak.com is not in a position to clarify the reasons for back postings and it will refer the user to his/her bank or the payment provider which he/she has selected in cases of such payment difficulties.
7)	LiveLeak.com will provide the functions stated for premium members, in principle, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, however, only with a guaranteed availability rate of 99.5% as a monthly average. Excluded hereof are time periods in which the servers are not accessible via the Internet due to technical or other problems which are not within LiveLeak.com's control (third party fault, force majeure, etc.).
8)	Pre-approved media is subject to retrospective moderation. Any media uploaded found to contain material which is in breach of site rules will be rejected and / or deleted and a warning issued.
9)	Violation of the rules resulting in more than three warnings will result in the removal of all premium privileges. A serious breach, as outlined in the site rules, will result in the termination of your entire LiveLeak.com account without further correspondence.
10)	LiveLeak.com strives to complete maintenance work as quickly as possible. LiveLeak.com will limit the access to its service temporarily only in the event that the security or the functional capability of the network operations requires it imperatively and will endeavour to update all users of the status of such maintenance as soon as possible.
11)	In the event of  planned downtime, which is expected to impact premium services for more than three hours, LiveLeak.com will notify users 3 days prior to work commencing wherever possible.
12)	If you experience any problems with your service please contact staff@liveleak.com or submit a support ticket / utilise the premium support areas on the forums. Any payment issues should be addressed to premium@liveleak.com and not to our payment solutions company Pojo Solutions.
13)	LiveLeak.com will inform the users of Premium services about amendments to the General Terms and Conditions before they come into effect. In the event that amendments have been effected to the user's disadvantage, he/she is entitled to cancel the contractual relationship within a time limit of four weeks as of receipt of the notification of change provided that his/her premium membership does not end before the legal validity of the altered Terms and Conditions. Should the user not make use of his/her right of cancellation, the alterations are presumed to be accepted and become an effective integral part of the contract.
