I couldn't find this particular extended version on LiveLeak so please forgive me if this is a repost. I can't quite decide who is at fault in this incident; although I tend to lean towards it being the fault of the car driver. Initially it appears as if the car forces the motorcyclist into the central reservation. It might be that the motorcyclist was purposefully positioning his vehicle in an attempt to prevent the other road user from performing a manoeuvre. Maybe there was an altercation we were not privy to and this was was the culmination of events. You decide. In any case, it's no surprise that the motorcyclist came off the worst. He seems to be in one piece, but I'm not quite sure whether everything inside is in the right place or properly aligned. There appears to be articulation now available in his legs that I suspect was not there when he was eating his cornflakes. He's pretty screwed up and left twitching in a very odd way in the middle of the highway. At least someone stopped, so if you're watching without sound, you can safely rule out the possibility of this being an incident that occurred in China. If this is road-rage, let it serve as a subtle reminder. If someone cuts you up, back off and leave them to it.
