By 10am on Thursday, he had over 80,000 followers on the social networking site, while his time wasting comment had been retweeted over 35,000 times. Morgan has not tweeted since the incident, but accepted an apology from Hazard. The teenager, who is the son of Swansea City director Martin Morgan, was accompanied by his father into the Chelsea dressing room at the end of the match, where the matter was resolved. Hazard told Chelsea TV that he had not intended to boot the ball boy. "The boy put his whole body on to the ball and I was just trying to kick the ball and I think I kicked the ball and not the boy," he said. "I apologise. The ball boy came in the changing room and we had a quick chat and I apologised and the boy apologised as well, and it is over. Sorry." The red card shown by referee Chris Foy will lead to the 22-year-old being banned for three games, though there may be scope for that sanction to be extended. "They have apologised to each other," Chelsea's interim manager Rafael Benitez said. "They knew they were both wrong. He (the ball boy) was wasting time. Scotland Yard says the man is crucial to their investigation into a number of incidents where a gang calling themselves Muslim Patrol have harassed members of the public. Videos of the attacks in east London where the self-styled gang appear to have started to operate have been posted on YouTube. The police are appealing for the man in the footage, titled Muslim vigilantes in London harass and taunt gay male, to contact them. In the film, the gang can been seen to abuse and intimidate the man using homophobic language, shouting: "Get out of here you f** ...don't stay around here any more." Investigating officers from the Community Safety Unit on Tower Hamlets borough said they are unsure where and when the video took place. In a second video, posted online, men from the gang in Whitechapel, east London, tell another man "no drink in this area, it's a Muslim area" before ordering him to pour away his alcohol. Another video posted on YouTube featured a woman wearing a miniskirt being told not to "expose" herself near a mosque. Detective Chief Inspector Wendy Morgan from Tower Hamlets borough said: "The Met takes such homophobic behaviour very seriously. "This man is a crucial witness in the investigation and would encourage him and anyone else with information relating to this incident to make contact in confidence as soon as possible." Additional police patrols are being mounted across east London to reassure the public. Two men have been arrested in connection with the investigation. A 22-year-old man was arrested in Acton, west London on Sunday, and a 19-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday after going to an east London police station. The pair were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and public order offences and were bailed to return to an east London police station in February and March pending further inquiries. A police spokesman said: "The Metropolitan Police Service takes these incidents very seriously and is pursuing various lines of inquiry with a view to identifying and prosecuting the individuals concerned." Islamic leaders in east London condemned the vigilantes. A spokesman for the East London Mosque said: "These actions are utterly unacceptable and clearly designed to stoke tensions and sow discord. We wholly condemn them. "The East London Mosque is committed to building co-operation and harmony between all communities in this borough. The engineers have hailed it as the biggest breakthrough in aerospace propulsion "since the invention of the jet engine". Oxfordshire-based Reaction Engines hope to build a rocket plane called Lapcat that would take off from an ordinary runway, reach speeds of around 19,000mph in the upper atmosphere and then land like a normal jet aircraft. While still in the atmosphere, the plane's Sabre engine would combine on-board hydrogen fuel with oxygen that it "breathes" from the air. But the air needs to be super-cooled for the engine to work. The company has now demonstrated a lightweight heat exchanger that pre-cools incoming air from 1000 degrees Celsius to minus 150 degrees in 1/100th of a second - six times faster than the blink of an eye - without blocking pipes with a layer of frost. Alan Bond, who founded the company and led the research, said: "The team has been trying to solve this problem for over 30 years and we've finally done it. "The Sabre engine has the potential to revolutionise our lives in the 21st century in the way the jet engine did in the 20th Century." The tests were validated by the European Space Agency . Science Minister David Willetts MP said: "This is a remarkable achievement for a remarkable company. The shocking footage shows a man jogging up behind the 16-year-old and hitting her around the head.
