Used: EQ, noise reduction (audacity) and vocal trap, as well maximization. The individual arrested is dressed in the same khaki pants and black jacket as Tamerlan was seen in. He seems to have a russian accent. At the end of the video one can hear an exchange of screams, one from the arrested person "Dzhokhar!" and the other from a distance party "Tamerlan!". According to the eyewitness this man was later stripped of clothes. The arrested individual can be heard prior asking repeatedly for his rights, and he is denied "nope". (Both repeated several times) This is only a little clearer than the source video, but its clear enough for anybody to recognize "we didn't do it" with 100% certainty (unless they have hearing issues perhaps), and also without having gunfire and police shouting to listen to etc. Very worth checking the original for the context and all of what is said. I just did this, so the audio was clearer. Here "we didnt do it", is unmistakable. Its been pointed out, that the shouting first says "we give up" (not chill out) having heard some other very good isolations, I agree.
