So I put my bicycle on the Metra and got out. Kenosha was pretty interesting although the downtown area was under-utilized. They could really make it into a nice resort area but it's mainly locals. As you could see there were huge trees uprooted. It was like this all over and many people told me that they were hit by two huge storms. There were over 100's of different scarecrows scattered throughout the beautiful acres of land in St Charles. It brings everyone together to celebrate the Fall and Halloween. This is because of unfair farm policy. The policy helps big corporate agribusiness instead of the family farmer. The government wants a cheap price for the food and they make it to hard for the family farmer to get a fair price for the food they grow.
