Jimmy Shao keeps a log book of every 911 call he's made. So many that he boasts he's probably set a world record. He doesn't believe he's wasting the time of emergency responders because he has an emergency of his own: Shao believes he's being watched by shadowy government authorities. He claims to believe his body is controlled by satellites. "My brain, I can feel it starting. I'm blasted by the signals, every couple of minutes," he said. "I yell and I scream, 'Stop it, I don't need this,' but they never listen." Sacramento Police say he's ignored warnings to stop calling over and over, so they arrested him for 911 abuse. "That this person made over 100 calls over a month's time-60 of them came into Sac PD dispatch-that is alarming," said officer Michele Gigante. Every 911 call made inside Sacramento city limits is answered by the CHP. Many are then transferred to the Sacramento Police communications center. Dispatchers take time to evaluate every call, even the ones that don't make any sense. "We know he's tying up resources that are desperately needed by other citizens in our community," said Jena Swafford with the police department. Jenny Young has four children aged 25, 23, 19 and 10 and astonishingly, not only have they all been diagnosed with the behavioural disorder, but she too was told she had it in her mid-forties. But it is her youngest child Ryan, 10, who suffers with the most extreme symptoms of the condition as well as severe learning disabilities, subjecting Jenny to daily violent attacks. She said that because she is his mother, and not a pet owner, she must put up with it. Jenny explained that she is the main target of his frustration and that if Ryan, who has the mental age of a two-year-old, were her husband they would have divorced by now. She added that people should not judge her for her comments until they have heard her story. Jenny said that she used the example of putting a dog down because she has a member of the family who went through the traumatic experience of having their dog euthanised after they could not control its violence. 'It was a horrendous traumatic experience for the whole family. They worked really, really, hard and did everything they could possibly do for . 'They spent lots of money and put lots of effort in and ultimately they had the choice to have her put down. 'I don't liken Ryan and the dog exactly but there is a choice. When you have a dog that behaves and might attack you any minute, you have a choice. 'I wouldn't be without Ryan but that when you're the mother of a child like Ryan there is no choice. There isn't a refuge for battered mums - you have to get on with it. Jenny made the startlingly frank comments on ITV's This Morning. Her oldest son was diagnosed with ADHD when he was ten. Before then people excused his behaviour as 'just being a boy'. Jenny said: 'It was a relief because he wasn't just being naughty.' She then went on to recognise the same traits in her other children. Jenny added that her late diagnosis of ADHD has helped her to relate to her children and ultimately to cope with her situation. She said: 'If you've got an ADHD mind it's difficult to understand those who don't have an ADHD mind.' But at times she says it has been very difficult to cope, especially when all four children were little. Her first marriage broke down in the mid-Nineties but in 2002 she remarried. Jenny, who had always wanted to be a mother, said she hadn't expected to have any more children. She added that she knew that Ryan would have problems from very early on: 'You could tell from the scans that there would be something wrong, but we didn't know what. He was developing very slowly and was tiny.' Ryan was delivered by Caesarean section at 38 weeks and weighed just 3lb 11oz when he was born. From then on he developed very slowly, both physically and mentally. Due to the strain that Ryan's problems put on her marital relationship, Jenny's second marriage broke down in 2008 and the couple divorced. Jenny said that she grieved for Ryan when he was diagnosed with ADHD and severe learning difficulties. 'You don't love your child any less but it's a bit like going on holiday and not arriving in the place you expected. It's a lovely place, but not what you expected.' Jenny went on to explain that 99 per cent of the time Ryan is adorable but that for that one per cent of the time he is violent and unpredictable. 'And I think most parents would say same thing. There are two sides to him. The biggest problem is the unpredictability. He can be gorgeous all day and then I can squat down to give him a cuddle and he might bite me or scratch me or knock my glasses off or scratch me or punch me. 'At least every day I get punched in the face.' Jenny said that sounds tend to trigger Ryan's violent outbursts, with modem hand dryers being a main culprit. as well as simply changing activities causing him to become upset. 'Simply changing routine can cause him to become upset but sometimes it can be nothing,' she added. Jenny, who once worked part-time in an office, but has since dedicated herself to working as Ryan's full-time carer, says she thinks about the future and says that Ryan's behaviour could go either way. 'Maybe he will learn to express himself better and maybe it will all get better. The worst fear is that he won't get better and he will be same size as me and do even more damage.' 'There is help but you have to fight for it and shout loud and even be seen crying. 'Schools and social workers can help but no one will come along and say to you "You look like you're having a difficult time - do you need some help?"' Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.'I want to get more help so we don't reach crisis point. More training, more respite and a residential placement later on. And I don't just want this for me. I am not alone. I know so many other mums who are at their wit's end. Luckily we have each other.' ADHD can occur in people of any intellectual ability but many people with ADHD also have learning difficulties. They may also have additional problems such as sleep disorders. Symptoms of ADHD tend to be first noticed at an early age, and may become more noticeable as a child grows up. It is the most common behavioural disorder in the UK. It is estimated the condition affects 2-5% of school-aged children and young people. ADHD can be a lifelong condition, and many children continue to have symptoms as a teenager and adult. Young children are naturally active and easily distracted. However, if these features are excessive for a child's age and general developmental level, and affecting their daily life, they may indicate ADHD. ADHD is normally diagnosed between the ages of three to seven, although in some cases it may not be until much later. It is more commonly diagnosed in boys. The exact cause of ADHD is not known, although research shows that it tends to run in families. Studies have also shown that there may be differences in the way the brain works in people with ADHD. Notice the difference between the height of both skulls. Notice that the red spot is not at the centre of the skull (which is the center of gravity for the skull). The head structure seems to be "too high" and the forehead "too wide" in comparison with the middle point. This to me simply means that our head is not efficiently supported by our neck muscle. Think of it as we are balancing a "bowling ball" on our neck. If you were to put this "bowling ball" on a monkey's neck, in the long term, it too will stand up straight in order to balance this "ball" effieciently. That's what I think. If you look at women, some of them have thinner neck muscle which will contribute to osteoporosis. Although for men, the curve on a women's body seems very attractive but this occur in order to balance their head, which to me is very unhealthy for the spine. The center of gravity is low compared to the human skull which allows it to easily control its head without much effort. That would be like anti-gravity. So here's the billion dollars question: Where did human beings came from? Certainly not from this planet. If so then someone or something must had done something to altered the biological system inside the human body. Some of you may say that this is rubbish and that you can move your head without any problem. In order to move a muscle, we need energy. Energy comes from our blood which contains glucose from what we eat and oxygen through our breathing. Let me give you an example; as you are looking at your computer screen for a period of time you will get tired. This is because you are simply not breathing in enough oxygen to allow your neck to support your head. Do you like to eat while you are using the computer? Now you know. This is also the reason you will find that most people tend to move their head (up, down, left, right) when they are talking. Have you ever notice that? I believe this is because our heart is trying accommodate with the lifting of our head along with our breatihng. When we look down, we feel relax because our heart don't have to work as hard to lift our head and we cn breath easier. This is also the reason why some people seem to be more confident than others, while others feel nervous all the time. A confident person just has a stronger neck muscle or the center gravity of their skull is more balanced thus allowing them to move their head easier than other people without affecting their breathing. It's that simple. Now, some of you may ask what significant does all these have to do with you? My answer to this question is "EVERYTHING". I am confident that it is this defect that have made human weaker in terms of physical and mental. These include our eyes, ears, mouth, and most importantly our spinal cord. Now, what will happen if this stretch continues? For our eyes: Illnesses such as far sighted or near sighted, glaucoma, or in a more severe case - retina tear. For our ears, the ear drum will be stretched and weak in hearing will occur. For our mouth: Ulcer, gum disease(some may find that their gum bleed easily), sensitive teeth, and tonsillitis, just to name a few. Thus, cancer may start to develope. I also believe that cholesterol is responsible for repairing our nervous system. As our skull do more damages to our brain and nervous system, more cholesterol is needed. This is why some people have high level of cholesterol in their blood. However, high level of cholesterol can sometimes lead to high blood pressure. But if that person reduces his or her cholesterol level too much, that person may not have enough cholesterol to repair the nervous system. This may lead to pain, fever or even more serious nerves problem such as seizure. To the brain itself, due to the pressure and stretching inside the skull, I strongly believe that brain cells will start to die off resulting in memory loss or Parkinson's disease in severe cases. Some people may experience headache, fever or even apnea (sleeping disorder). Between the membrane of the brain and the inner skull, friction will also occur. As a result it will cause some minor tissue tear. But because there are no nerves on our brain's membrane which detect pain, what we will feel is warmness and sometimes fever. Also, don't forget that the outer layer of the skull is of course our skin which involves blood arteries and veins. Due to the stretching by the neck muscle, the skin on our forehead will get thinner, resulting in blocking of blood supply which leads to baldness in the beginning and sometimes headache will occur. On the third picture, you can see that due to the "nature" of our skull structure, our face are being stretched, causing the face pores and muscles to be tighten and eventually resulting in condition such as acne and deviated septum. This is also directly responsible for certain facial expression on our face. It is this stretch and pull of muscles which result in us having different faces. Most importantly, this stretch will result in poor blood circulation through out the human body. Therefore, by constantly massaging the scalp and face area, it will improve the blood circulation and may prevent certain diseases like heart attack. Due to this heavy skull of ours, our body will tense up even if you don't realize it. The nerves from our brain to our spinal cord will be stretched. Our breathing is significantly affected by this condition. This have prevented us from breathing properly as you can see from the picture below. This has caused our organs to degenerate faster and causing illneses such as diabetes, cancers, heart disease, kidney failure and etc. This is even directly causing mental illness to some. Behavior such as bad temper, extremely emotional and even a long term effect such as syncophonic. Many allergic such as asthma and sensitive skin can be prevented if proper breathing technique is practice at the early stage. Human being are becoming weaker mainly because of this defect which is preventing us from fully utilizing the potential of our mind. What a waste. Here's a simple experiment which you can all do in front of your computer screen. Sit up straight and put both of your palms on top of your head. Try to search for the most comfortable spot which you can hold you head efficiently without much effort. Now gently press down you head. I have cured my sister's feet allergic problem which she has been suffering for more than 15 years. You don't have to believe me, I'm just telling you how it is. I'm not a doctor or a scientist.
