A web of control - with fingers in every pie

The influence of Jewish moneylenders has been woven into the history
of the West for centuries and runs like a thread throughout all events,
hidden in many guises, yet ever present.
An insidious, dangerous, secret coterie that works behind the scenes.
But, like a jigsaw puzzle, out of the mesh of intrigue the pieces fit
together to form a pattern.
Thread Number One: England

The watershed for Europe was the Reformation. Henry VIII of England
was in need of a son and a new wife. Thomas Cromwell was happy to
oblige. The split away from the old church, brought the Bible into
prominence and thereby increased Jewish influence.
After an embargo of almost 400 years, Jews were allowed to return to
England in 1656 thanks to a "financial arrangement" between Oliver
Cromwell and the Jewish Sanhedrin.
As a "National Debt" is an essential first ingredient of financial
control, and wars are the prime cause of debt, it took only to 1693
before England found herself unable to meet her commitments, thanks to
the continental wars of William of Orange which had been financed by
the Jewish moneylenders of Amsterdam.
Despite the many dissident voices against the establishment of the
Bank of England, (i.e. a method whereby the State finance was taken out
of the control of the State and into the hands of bankers) the bill
went through the House of Commons and, although the House of Lords
asserted it was intended to enrich usurers at the expense of the
nobility, the Bank came into being and was founded in 1694.
Fueled by the gold and silver bled from South America that poured
into Europe to fill the coffers of the bankers, the Industrial
Revolution produced a false face of prosperity whilst at the same time
destroying cottage industry, producing urban factory squalor and
commencing the start of economic control by the moneylenders.

This phase continued into the mid-nineteenth century when the first
Jewish Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli, commented: "...the world is
governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who
are not behind the scenes..."
The stage was now set for the British Empire and underneath the Pomp
and Circumstance came the steady infiltration into the economics of the
east - and its riches.
Max Weber, a historian, published "The Protestant Ethic and the
Spirit of Capitalism" (By that time usury had achieved respectability
under the new title of Capitalism.) In his book he claimed that
Protestantism - more specifically, its Calvinist branches - promoted
the rise of modern capitalism.
In England the need to muzzle the old ruling order was achieved, not
by assassination or execution as in France and Russia, but by erosion,
i.e. via a Land Tax and then by marriage. Lord Rosebery started the
trend by marrying a Rothschild and Arthur Balfour, the signatory of the
fallacious "Balfour Declaration", set the stage for the creation of
Israel. The trend towards the formation of a new Jewish aristocracy
continues with Blair's "title for money" policy, orchestrated by the
chief fundraiser for the Labour Party, "Lord" Levy.

Queen Victoria may have been the Empress of India but it was Disraeli the agent of the "City" of London who engineered
the means whereby the east was conquered using the manpower of the British Isles.
Thread Number Two: France
In France the monarchy foundered on bankrupcy, stemming from Louis
X1V's continental wars. Necker (supposedly Protestant but probably of
Jewish origin) lauded as a financial genius, employed the dangerous
tactics of using ruinous short-term loans at exorbitant interest to
shore up the shaky finances, which spelt ultimate disaster.
At the same time the necklace conspiracy engineered through
Cagliostro (a Freemason) and the Jewish jewellers, Bassenge and Bohmer,
fueled anger against the extravagance of the queen. The dismissal of
Necker led to the attack on the Bastille, and the aristocracy - a much
more top heavy group than the English variety - were effectively
eradicated by the guillotine.

France by this time had acquired a National Debt and the Bank of
France was created in Paris in 1800. Napoleon wanted the country to
break free from the power of the bankers and the debt. According to
him: "when the Government is dependent on bankers for
money, the bankers, not the leaders of the Government, are in
control.... The hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Money
has no motherland. Financiers are without patriotism or decency. Their
sole object is gain."
In 1806, he remarked: "By what miracle did whole provinces of France
become heavily mortgaged to the Jews, when there are only sixty
thousand of them in this country?" (MSS of Napoleon, 1811.)
In 1882 the collapse of the Union Gen

9mm vs .45ACP: Really? Again?

Yes, again. Amongst avid handgun fans the debate between big and slow versus small and fast
stretches back over a hundred years now I'd guess. Next year marks the
100 year anniversary of the Government Model 1911 .45ACP having been
adopted by the U.S. Military (even though it existed in 1904) and the
9mm is even older than that. What makes the debate relatively new (and
hopefully interesting) is the addition of what I call "compromise
calibers". There are a couple in between the maximum ends of the debate
and recently that has been thrust into my consideration almost against
my will.

What I refer to as Compromise Calibers includes anything that is between
the 9mm and the .45ACP is size (10mm, .40S&W, etc) or a production
caliber (as compared to a custom-only wildcat cartridge) that changes
the basics of either such as the .357Sig or the .45GAP. Arguably the
first compromise caliber (in a pistol) was the 10mm presented in the
early 1970s, but before we get into that, let's talk a bit about the
compromise being made.

Way back when the U.S. Military discovered that the .38 caliber bullets
they were firing from their revolvers were not delivering incapacitating
injuries to the enemy. That's not to say that the injuries weren't
fatal - just not immediately so. Of course, 100 years later we have
thoroughly documented (now) that an injury isn't immediately fatal
unless it hits the Central Nervous System (brain or spinal cord) and
even then, if it's a spinal cord shot it may only be incapacitating, not
immediately lethal. That's why our bullet designs and caliber /
velocity pairings focus on doing as much damage as possible to large
blood-bearing vessels and organs so as to cause the enemy to bleed as
much as possible as fast as possible to shut down their system. In
other words, we cause injuries that make them bleed to death (or close
to it).

Now, I know that police officers and deputy sheriffs and every other
variant of law enforcement professional in the country today doesn't
shoot suspects with the intent of killing them (and if you did, you'd be
a fool to admit it). Instead, you deliver shots to the center mass of
the suspect when justified in an attempt to incapacitate them as quickly
as possible thereby stopping the threat to you, your partner and all
bystanders in the area. That's your job. Writing for soldiers can
often be easier: soldiers kill the enemy. That's what they do.
"Overkill" is a political term of concern. Screw that. I used an AT-4
to stop that enemy truck? Yeah? The problem is? My booby-trap had two
grenades instead of one which would have been sufficient? What's your
point? You get the message. Law enforcement has to be far more careful
about what they write and say. That means that the people who design
ammo and weapons also have to be careful what they say in sales
pitches.

Keep all of that in mind as we discuss a few compromise calibers, focusing down on one, and the pros / cons to be had.

So the compromise is a balance sought between carrying as many rounds as
we comfortably can of a caliber that will do sufficient damage to the
enemy or suspect when necessary and deliverable from a firearm that can
be conveniently worn or carried. Agreed? Cool.

As we've identified the 9mm and the .45ACP as the genesis of this debate
if you will, let's talk about them briefly. Both created before 1900
and both packaged in relatively concealable carry packages (i.e. the
Browning High Power or the Government Model 1911), they offer a choice:

Do I want to carry more rounds of a smaller caliber bullet that exit the barrel faster?

or do I want to carry fewer rounds of a larger caliber bullet that exit the barrel slower?

Remembering Einstein's formula of E equals M times C-squared, we have to
admit that the smaller faster bullet can deliver an equal amount of
energy as the bigger slower bullet. In fact, if engineered precisely,
they could deliver an exactly identical amount of energy. But is it all
about energy? We all already know it's not. As we said earlier, when
stopping the aggressive action of the opponent, the goal - short of a
central nervous system (CNS) hit - must be to cause sufficient damage to
create a quick drop in their blood volume so that they drop.

Simple logic - with a focus on simple - would dictate that a bigger
bullet makes a bigger hole and therefore does more damage. The
challenge with that simple logic is that terminal ballistics have proven
less predictable than we originally thought they would be. Bullets
traveling faster than 1,000 feet person second do some strange and
unexpected things upon impacting flesh. Hollow point, jacketed bullets
sometimes don't expand as they are designed to do; other fragment for no
observable reason. In other words, quite often our high-tech science
does little more than allow us to take a good guess at what the bullets
will do. In field terms we call this a "WAG" or Wild Ass Guess . In more specific and technical terms we call it a "SWAG" or scientific wild ass guess .

Past history shows us that people can die from being shot with a .22lr
bullet. Countless hundreds of thousands have been killed by .223 /
5.56mm bullets. Velocity certainly plays a part along with multiple
round delivery. There was a time when we had to separate the arguments
between rifle calibers and handgun calibers, but with some effective
rifle cartridges now packaged in handguns (i.e. the FN 5.7mm) the lines
get more blurry than ever.

As we said earlier, the debate has long primarily been between 9mm (or
equivalent such as .38) caliber weapons and .45ACP weapons. In common
handguns today, if we're arguing capacity then the argument is small.
For instance the Glock Model 17 holds 18 rounds of 9mm (17 in the
magazine plus one in the chamber). The Glock 21 holds 14 rounds of
.45ACP (13 +1). Is the debate really going to rage over FOUR rounds of
capacity? If you are a fan of the .45ACP but want a higher capacity and
so you switch to the 9mm to gain FOUR rounds, don't you think you
should probably re-assess your shooting skills?

For decades the U.S. military found eight rounds (7+1) of .45ACP in a
Government Model 1911 pistol sufficient. For most of those decades law
enforcement found 6 rounds of .38 in a revolver sufficient. With two
magazines for backup in the 1911 you had a total of 22 rounds of .45ACP.
With two speedloaders for your .38 you had a total of 18 rounds.
Certainly there were instances of officers and soldiers feeling
under-gunned or citing examples of how those weapons and/or cartridges
failed. There are also hundreds of stories about how well those weapons
and calibers performed. 1985 changed it all. The debate wasn't
settled but it was certainly quieted when the U.S. Military adopted the
Beretta M9 9mm pistol with its 15+1 capacity. Adopted by the military
and picked up by law enforcement agencies across the nation, the Beretta
M9 or the civilian variant Beretta 92F seemed to silence the 9mm vs
.45ACP debate. Maybe...

But there were still plenty of people out there who weren't confident
that shooting someone with a 9mm round would provide sufficient
immediate (or as close as possible) incapacitation. Other options were
sought. That same year the .40S&W was born. Evolving out of the
10mm as the load was developed and changed in accordance with FBI
requirements, the .40S&W cartridge ended up the same overall length
as a typical 9mm Parabellum round. Since .40 and 10mm equal, the
difference in diameter was only 1mm. Could it really make a difference?
Apparently so. People and law enforcement agencies flocked to the .40
in untold numbers. In some pistols the change from a 9mm to a
.40S&W caliber design didn't mean huge scrifices in capacity.
Again, the Glock 17 9mm with its 18 round total capacity was compared to
the Glock 22 .40S&W with its 16 round total capacity. Would those
two rounds really matter? Many said no.

Then came compact and sub-compact models of .40S&W pistols. My
latest venture into this arena is the Beretta 96F Centurion with its 11
round total capacity. The shorter slide, barrel and frame as compared
to the Beretta 96F make the 96F Centurion easier to carry and conceal.
However, since it's a .40 caliber weapon I hardly feel like I'm carrying
a "mouse gun".

It's my opinion that the .40S&W is the ultimate compromise
cartridge. It's small enough in diameter to load plenty of rounds into
double-stack magazines, but it breaks that psychologically meaningful
barrier of a caliber that starts with a "4" instead of a "3" or anything
equivalent. That said, now I have to select between my carry guns from
amongst my:

Glock Model 19 with its 15+1 9mm capacity, or Beretta 96F Centurion with its 10+1 .40S&W capacity, or Springfield Armory 1911 with its 8+1 .45ACP capacity.

The difference between the 9mm (16 rounds total) and the .40S&W (11
rounds total) is the most extreme. The difference between the .4S&W
(11) and the .45ACP (9) doesn't really seem worth arguing about, does
it? Then my thought is this...

Is it really worth arguing in the first place? Probably not. If you're
a fan of and comfortable with the .45ACP weapons, carry one. If you
prefer and are comfortable with the 9mm, carry that. If you like the
.40 because it makes you feel like you've solved a difficult conundrum,
then carry it.

Me? I still make a choice every day based on how I'm dressing and where
I'm going. Variety is good. Don't pick just one. Have one of each
available and make your choice as each set of circumstances looms.

'Jewish terrorist' Jack Teitel gets 2 life sentences by Jerusalem District Court

Teitel convicted of two counts of first degree murder of Palestinians in 1997; two counts attempted murder of Israelis in 2008 (One of them is a world renowned professor of political science, an Israel Prize laureate and a peace activist), ; Illegal possession of firearm; incitement to violence against Gays. Ibrahim Balbisi, the father of Akram Balbisi, whom Teitel murdered, said upon hearing the sentence: "There is justice. It hurts my heart every day my son is not with us. Day and night we cannot sleep, our thoughts always wander to Akram. I am happy the sentence sends this killer to jail for the rest of his life."

According to the prosecution: "The criminal was sent to jail for the rest of his life, as he deserved. The court affirmed the message towards those who turn to terror. We can only hope this will serve as a deterrent to those who wish to engage in terror activities."

------

"Jewish terrorist" Jack (Yakov) Teitel, who was convicted of two counts of first degree murder of two Palestinians, in addition to a long list other violent offences, was sentenced Tuesday to two life sentences and an additional 30 years in jail by a Jerusalem District Court. Before sentencing Teitel claimed he did not regret his actions.

The judges rejected the defense's request for a reduced sentence on the basis of Teitel's mental state and, in addition, the court ruled that Teitel will pay the two victims' families NIS 180,000 (roughly $50,000) each in compensation; he was also ordered to pay two people he was convicted of attempting to murder NIS 150,000 (roughly $41,000) each in damages.
Teitel, a US immigrant, confessed to the killings, which he committed while visiting as a tourist. He was convicted in January of killing a Palestinian taxi driver in Jerusalem and a shepherd near the West Bank city of Hebron.

Teitel, who received the infamous nickname the "Jewish terrorist," was charged with 10 different offences, the most severe of which were two counts of murder in the first degree, two counts of attempted murder, illegal possession and assembling of a firearm and incitement to violence.

During sentencing, Judges Zvi Segal, Moshe Drori and Moshe Cohen ruled that his mental condition had no influence on his actions and hence he would be held fully accountable for them.

"There is no doubt in our hearts that there is no causal link between his actions and his mental condition. Hence, we have decided to convict him of the actions attributed to him," the judges said in the ruling.

The first murder for which Teitel was convicted took place in 1997. The deceased, Samir Akram Balbisi, was working at the time as a taxi driver, offered to drive Teitel to wherever he pleased.

Teitel agreed, entered Balbisi's vehicle and then ordered the Palestinian to drive him to a certain location. When he saw that Balbisi's eyes were on the road he shot him point blank in the head.

Three months later Teitel decided to kill again. He searched for a victim in the village of Susya and found a shepherd, Issa Jabarin. As Jabarin passed Teital he fired two shots, both from short range, in Jabarin's direction, hitting him in the chest.

Teital was also convicted of incitement to violence and terror after he printed posters calling for the murder of members of the LGBT community, promising NIS 20,000 (roughly $5,500) for the person willing to kill "Sodom and Gomorra."

He was also charged with planting an explosive device inside a plant near the entrance to Prof. Zeev Sternhell's house in September 2008.

Sternhell, a world renowned professor of political science, an Israel Prize laureate and a peace activist, was wounded in his leg when the device exploded.

He was additionally charged with the attempted murder of the youth Ami Ortiz in 2008. Teitel placed an explosive device inside a gift basket intended for the boy's father, David Ortiz, with the intent of killing him, because the man served as the head of the messianic Jewish community.

The family's maid unknowingly took the booby trapped gift basket into the house, leading the boy to open it, prompting the bomb to go off. The boy was severely wounded throughout his body.
In response to the sentence, Prof. Zeev Sternhell said: "The ruling is sign to all those who think that this is the way to get results- Teitel or his friends."

Regarding compensation, Prof. Sternhell said: "I don't want any damages from this man, and I don't need anything. I happy that I was only lightly wounded."

According to Teitel, Prof. Sternhell, who is known for his outspoken left wing opinions, gained his attention after he allegedly called for the death of settlers.

Prof. Sternhell said, "The ruling is just, important, deterring and a sign that the courts will not sit quietly in the face of politically and ideologically motivated murders. This ruling has significance exceeding the bounds of this specific case. Teitel is not just another lunatic. He is a result of his surroundings.

"He actualized what others want to do themselves, many who wanted to do the same to me. I know this because of the letters and phone calls I received during that time. This violence needs to be cut off at the stem, even that which currently is rampant in the occupied territories. If not, this violence will seep into every aspect of our society."

A number of the victims' relatives arrived at the court for the sentencing.

Leah Ortiz, Ami's mother, said: "We are very happy that Teitel received many years behind bars. He said he is proud of what he did and would do it again; he is a dangerous man, full of hate - jail is where he belongs."

Yossi Greiber, Ortiz's lawyer, expressed anger at the fact that the State refuses to recognize the family as a victim of a terror attack and afford them the financial assistance such victims enjoy.

"We are left with the pain and wounds. They boy is 20 years old and will require medical treatment for the rest of his life. Despite the fact that the background of the attack is identical to that of the deaths of the Palestinians, as the court itself claimed, the State refuses to grant us assistance," the lawyer said.

Lawyers Asher Ohayon and Michael Ironi, who represented Teitel, claimed the court ignored the complexity of their client's mental state, opting for the easy solution.

"Eight doctors, some who work for the State, think differently from the court (about Teitel's mental condition), but instead of dealing with this issue the court choose to ignore it. Teitel didn't kill because of hatred, he has visions, he received orders which he felt he had to follow. And these resulted from a mental condition that had developed early in his childhood," one of the lawyers said.

Sagi Ofir, for the prosecution, said: "The criminal was sent to jail for the rest of his life, as he deserved. The court affirmed the message towards those who turn to terror. We can only hope this will serve as a deterrent to those who wish to engage in terror activities."

Psychiatrist Warned Police a Month Before Colorado Theater Shooting That James Holmes Was a Threat

TheBlaze.com

A psychiatrist who treated James Holmes told campus police a month before the Colorado theater attack that Holmes had homicidal thoughts and was a danger to the public, according to documents released Thursday.

Dr. Lynne Fenton, a psychiatrist at the University of Colorado, Denver, told police in June that the shooting suspect also threatened and intimidated her. It was more than a month before the July 20 attack at a movie theater that killed 12 and injured 70.

In the days after the attack, campus police said they had never had contact with Holmes, who was a graduate student at the university.

But campus police Officer Lynn Whitten told investigators after the shooting that Fenton had contacted her. Whitten said Fenton was following her legal requirement to report threats to authorities, according to a search warrant affidavit.

"Dr. Fenton advised that through her contact with James Holmes she was reporting, per her requirement, his danger to the public due to homicidal statements he had made," the affidavit said.

Whitten added that Fenton said she began to receive threatening text messages from Holmes after he stopped seeing her for counseling, the documents said.

Whitten did not immediately respond to messages left at her home and office. University spokeswoman Jacque Montgomery said she could not comment because the school had not reviewed the court records.

The indication that a psychiatrist had called Holmes a danger to the public gave momentum to Democratic state lawmakers' plans to introduce legislation to further restrict mentally ill people from buying guns. State Rep. Beth McCann initially cited the information Thursday as a reason she would introduce a bill as soon as Friday, but quickly backed off and said no date has been set.

The theater massacre already helped inspire a new state ban on large-capacity firearm magazines.

Prosecutors have suggested Holmes was angry at the failure of a once promising academic career, and had stockpiled weapons, ammunition, tear gas grenades and body armor. Chief Deputy District Attorney Karen Pearson said Holmes failed a key oral exam in June, was banned from campus and began to voluntarily withdraw from the school.

Holmes last week offered to plead guilty in the attacks. Prosecutors rejected that offer and announced Monday they would seek the death penalty.

The new details were in previously sealed documents that the new judge overseeing the case ordered released Thursday. Media organizations, including The Associated Press, had argued that a "wealth of information already made public in the proceedings thus far," so there was no basis for the documents to remain sealed.

The document that included the threats to the psychiatrist was filed to obtain the contents of a package Holmes sent to her before the attack. That package included a notebook that the newly released documents describe as like a "journal."

The package was dated July 12 - eight days before the massacre - but was found four days after the attack, in the university mail room. It included a note with an "infinity design" and burnt $20 bills.

Other court documents described Holmes' behavior after police found him, still clad in ballistic gear, leaving the theater after the attack. After Holmes' arrest, one officer asked if anyone was with him.

Holmes, who was carrying $280 in cash and credit cards, replied: "It's just me."

He warned detectives that his apartment had booby-traps, which took days for authorities to disarm. When police informed Holmes of his rights to an attorney, he asked for one, ending their interview with him.

The records show that police collected more than 100 items of evidence from the apartment, including included 50 cans and bottles of beer, a Batman mask, paper shooting targets and prescription medications to treat anxiety and depression. Holmes' attorneys have said he is mentally ill.

The documents - including arrest and search warrant affidavits - were unsealed Thursday by District Judge Carlos Samour, who took over this week after the previous judge, who had sealed the documents, removed himself.

Judge William Sylvester had said prosecutors' decision to seek the death penalty against Holmes meant the case would take up so much time that he couldn't carry out his administrative duties as chief judge of a busy four-county district.

Both prosecutors and defense attorneys had raised concerns about releasing the documents. Prosecutors said they were worried about the privacy of victims and witnesses if the records were released. Attorneys for Holmes said they didn't want to hurt his chances for a fair trial.

Sylvester had said he was reluctant to release the documents before the preliminary hearing, when prosecutors laid out evidence on whether Holmes could be brought to trial. After that hearing occurred in January, Samour said lawyers failed to show that releasing the records would cause any harm, or that keeping the documents sealed would prevent any harm.
