Some road cops noticed a suspect who looked like the wanted man and called in the chopper to take a closer look. Which doesn't really make sense because surely the road cops could have just gone over there and busted him, but I guess it is way more firepower and it made this video so I'm OK with their tactics, sure. Anyway, instead of just following the suspect or getting the road cops to arrest him, the chopper decided to open fire on the car and embark on a high speed pursuit of it around the favela, which is completely awesome especially as it's at night so it's all filmed in night vision. You don't see it here but eventually the speeding car stopped and got surrounded by cops and random people from the favela but somehow Marcio managed to get away.
