US Dollar Collapse and Japan's Sham Currency War

The Hidden Agenda Behind Japan's Kamikaze Quantitative EasingUS$ dollars have been flooding the financial markets ever since
Bernanke launched quantitative easing allegedly to turnaround the US
economy. These huge amounts of US$ toilet paper are mainly in financial
markets (and in central banks) outside of the United States. A huge
chunk is represented as reserves in central banks led by China and
Japan.
If truth be told, the real value of the US$ would not be more than a
dime and I am being really generous here, as even toilet paper has a
value.
That the US dollar is still accepted in the financial markets
(specifically by central banks) has nothing to do with it being a
reserve currency, but rather that the US$ is backed/supported by the
armed might and nuclear blackmail of the US Military-Industrial Complex.
The nuclear blackmail of Iran is the best example following Iran's
decision to trade her crude in other currencies and gold instead of the
US$ toilet paper.
If the United States were not a military threat and a global bully
that can blackmail with impunity the oil exporting countries in the
Middle East, the global financial system which hinges on the US$ toilet
paper would have collapsed a long time ago.
The issue is why has the US$ not collapsed as it should have by now?

When we apply common sense and logic to the state of affairs, the answer is so simple and it is staring at you.

But, you have not been able to see the obvious because the global
mass media, specifically the global financial mass media controlled
mainly from London and New York, has created a smokescreen to hide the
truth from you.
Let's analyse the situation in a step by step manner, and apply common sense.

1. The US is the world's biggest debtor. The biggest creditors are
China and Japan, followed by the oil exporting countries in the Middle
East. With each passing day, the value of the US$ toilet paper is worth
less and less. Like I said earlier, even toilet paper has some intrinsic
value. It reaches zero value when everyone has to carry a wheelbarrow
of US$ to purchase anything.
2. For the US$ toilet paper creditors, they cannot admit the fact
that they have been conned by the global Too Big To Fail Banks (TBTFs)
acting in concert with the FED and the Bank of England to accept US$
toilet papers. The central bankers of these countries have a reputation
to preserve (not that there is in fact any reputation, for their
so-called financial credibility is also part of the scam) and the
political leaders that relied on them is in a bigger bind. How can the
political leaders be so very stupid to trust these central bankers (who
have stashed away in foreign tax havens huge US$ toilet papers as a
reward for their complicity). This is the current state of affairs in
plain English. They are having sleepless nights worrying if and when the
citizens would wise up to this biggest con in history i.e. the
promotion and acceptance of fiat currencies, the US$ being the ultimate
fiat currency.
3. The global financial elites led by the FED know that this state of
affairs is to their advantage and they are exploiting it to the hilt!
They also know that no country or organisation has the military
resources to threaten the US to stop this global ponzi scheme which has
been going on since 1945 and intensified since 1971 when President Nixon
de-coupled the US$ from gold. The pound sterling is another story but,
it is not relevant for the purposes of this analysis.
4. Additionally, and as a result of the above-stated scam, countries
were led to believe and to accept the false economic theory that export
generated growth (GDP) should be the foundation of economic development,
as the United States having limitless US$ toilet paper has the ability
and the means to purchase the global exports, it being the largest
consumer market in the world. In the result, the world's factories and
their workers, including those in the developed world such as France and
Germany worked their butts off to be rewarded with US$ toilet paper
whose value is less than the paper and ink that produce it! The
financial frolic went on for more than forty years and came to an abrupt
and foreseeable end in the 2008 global financial tsunami.
5. When the party ended, the United States was up to her eyeballs in
debts as a result of reckless financial speculation in the global
derivatives casino and the consumption binge financed by housing
mortgages. Debts must be repaid. But, the US has no means to do so. They
cannot produce enough goods to earn the revenue to pay the debts
because US manufacturing has been outsourced to the developing world -
China became the world's number 1 factory. So, the financial elite
appointed helicopter Bernanke to lead the charge for the US and the UK
to use the printing press (digital or otherwise) to print more US$
toilet papers to pay off the debt. In economic jargon, this is
"monetising the debt". It is outright fraud, but no one (i.e. central
bankers) in his right mind would admit to this fraud as they would be
hung from the lamp-posts if the truth is discovered as was the case when
the Italian fascist leader Mussolini was hung by the Italian partisans.
6. Initially, central bankers confronted with this situation and
having to face a restless populace embarked on a regime of competitive
easing/ devaluation of their currencies. But, the price was horrendous.
Inflation spiked in all these countries. But, this scheme of things did
not work out as planned for the simple reason, the US$ toilet paper
continued to be lower as a result of more QE by Bernanke. China realised
the danger and adopted other means to overcome this situation, one of
which was to enter into bilateral arrangements with her trading partners
to finance trade in their respective currencies. Such agreements were
entered between China and Japan, members of BRIC, Malaysia etc. This
counter-measure was perceived as a threat to the continued dominance of
the US$ toilet paper regime. In the result, Obama declared at the urging
of the financial elites (he does not have the grey cells to think) a
foreign policy shift - the Asia Pivot to prevent a further deterioration
of US$ dominance.
7. When Japan entered the agreement with China, her behaviour was
deemed unacceptable since Japan was under the nuclear protection of the
US. Japan was caught between a rock and a hard place. It was expected
that sooner or later the US would apply the squeeze on Japan to behave
in a proper manner. Applying geopolitical strategies, the US towing
South Korea along provoked North Korea by launching a military exercise
which included flying B-2 bombers which are capable of carrying nuclear
weapons. North Korea responded in the manner that was expected. Japan
was exposed and in like manner reacted by seeking US protection. To
muddy the waters and complicate the situation, the US engineered a
Idispute between China and Japan over the sovereignty of the Diaoyu
Islands. This was followed by the installation of a new regime in Japan
by the election of the Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and the appointment of
Haruhiko Kuroda as the Governor of the Bank of Japan (BOJ).
8. Now comes the mechanics of US counter-measures in shoring up the
artificial dominance/value of the US$ toilet paper. Japan was ordered to
do its part as a quid pro quo for being protected by the US's nuclear
umbrella. A new version of the Plaza Accord must be put in place - a
"reverse Plaza Accord".
9. Let me explain. In the 1985 Plaza Accord, the dollar was devalued
to reduce the current account deficit and to help the US recover from
the recession of the early 1980s. It was a managed devaluation and the
exchange value of the Dollar versus the Yen declined by 51 per cent from
1985 to 1987 - reaching yen151 per US$1 in March 1987. The dollar
continued to slide till 1988. The effect of the strengthened Yen
depressed Japan's exports and brought about the expansionary monetary
policies that resulted in the infamous asset bubbles of the late 1980s.
The G-6 countries then gathered in 1987 in Paris to arrest the slide of
the dollar and to manage and stabilise the international currency
markets. The end result was the Louvre Accord. In the next 18 months the
dollar strengthened to yen160 per US$1.
10. However, in the current situation, the devaluation of the US$
toilet paper was the result of massive QEs so as to enable US to
monetise her debts. However, for US to continue to monetise her debts
and have the world's central banks agreement to continue to hold dollar
reserves, the value of the dollar must appreciate, failing which the
dollar would collapse, the US defaulting on her debts, as creditors
would no longer accept US$ as payment. The trick was to artificially
inflate the value of the dollar without arousing any suspicions.
11. In the 1970s, following the de-coupling of the dollar from gold
by President Nixon, the dollar would have collapsed in like manner as it
was not backed by gold. It became pure fiat money! The trick then was
to create an artificial demand for dollar which would in turn raise the
value of the currency. This was effected by the proposal of Kissinger to
the Arabs that if they would dollarize their oil exports, the US would
guarantee their safety and survival even from the threats of Israel.
When the Arabs agreed to this arrangement, every country in the world
had to buy oil in US$. Countries have to exchange their currencies into
US$ to buy oil. This demand for US$ strengthened the currency and
prolonged the US fiat money monopoly.
12. However, this option is no longer available presently as oil is
now being sold in other currencies besides the US$. The petro-dollar is
no longer in dominance. In any event, the continued use of petro-dollars
would spike the oil price and this would be inflationary and
detrimental to the US economy as well as the world's economy in the
present economic climate - i.e. deep recession. Another means must be
used.
13. This is the reason for the sudden "shock and awe" monetary policy
of the new Japanese regime of Shinzo Abe and Haruhiko Kuroda. My
detractors will accuse me of indulging in conspiracy theories. But, the
facts speak for themselves. I had said earlier, that the G-7 countries
have collectively attempted to devalue their currencies but, it did not
stem the slide of the US$ because Bernanke was increasing the intensity
of QE since 2008. And the EU was not willing and or able to adopt a
suicide policy of massive QE as Germany was well aware of such a risk
having suffered the negative effects of hyperinflation. China would not
kow-tow to the US and in fact together with fellow members of BRIC was
adopting counter-measures to confront Bernanke's QE financial weapon.
That left only one country who can be compelled to do the US bidding, to
commit Hara-kiri to save and or prolong the US$ toilet paper regime -
Japan!
14. And so, Japan launched its sudden massive QE and the desired
effect is that now the US$ toilet paper has artificially appreciated in
value vis-a-vis the Yen and less so with other currencies. This cannot
be disputed by my detractors because:
On May 11, the financial elites of G-7 countries explicitly agreed with this kamikaze policy of Japan.

Koichi Hamada has also declared earlier that the target for this
policy is to allow the dollar to rise to yen110 per US$1 and this rise
would be managed in a staggered fashion in small increments (step by
step approach) thereby controlling the rate of inflation in Japan which
would not be allowed to exceed the agreed target rate.
It is suggested that Japan can do this because it can utilise its
huge dollar reserves of US$1.2 Trillion to manage the devaluation!
According to Alan Ruskin, the global head of Group of 10
foreign-exchange strategy in New York at Deutsche Bank ASG, he said "I
think we are opening up the door to look at 105 in the next few months
and 110 by the end of the year ..." and this surely must be interpreted to
mean that Koichi Hamada's strategy is definitely in play.
In conclusion, it is my view that such "managed artificial
appreciation" of the US$ toilet paper while effective in the short run
would fail in the long run because the fundamental issues of the US
economy have not been addressed and resolved. Only real economic growth
can reverse the dollar's demise.
Seriously, would Bernanke stop further QE when the yen exchange rate
reaches yen110 by the year end? Has not Bernanke declared that QE would
continue till 2015? And since Japan has drawn the Red Line at yen110, can
Japan risk further damage to its economy and continue to back-stop US
beyond yen110?
The US$ quadrillion derivative casino is the millstone around the US
and the global economy, and as long as this is not resolved, the crisis
would only get worse. Like water, after sufficient heat, the boiling
point would be reached.
While I cannot forecast the precise date of the implosion, I am of
the view that the end is near, sparked by a black swan event and then
snowballed to its final devastation.

Ode to a LiveLeaker.

This man wrote a poem, he doesn't think it was his best.

Some think it was good, some think it was a mess.

But what we think doth not make him less.

If he come's to this place of death and hate,

Will it leave him with an empty plate?

Could he find no way to save his fate?

Least this lesson for approval will show,

The diabolical mind's of LiveLeakers in tow.

And to wit they gives it to us, Apropos.

By Ben Stewart
Popular Mechanics - 15 hours ago

Pickup trucks are America's workhorses. Each year Ford, GM, and Dodge move more than a million of them, most of which are destined for a lifetime of heavy duty. But a small percentage of these trucks are special editions, models designed with standout style, performance, or both.

1991 GMC Syclone

The Syclone, a one-year-only monster mini pickup, arrived just as the sport truck scene was gathering steam. GM had some recent experience turbocharging V-6 engines, and this one channeled the soul of the mightiest turbocharged Buick Grand Nationals of the 1980s. The result was a GMC S-15 pickup that trounced a Ferrari in a famous Car and Driver test that pitted the just-under-$30,000 Syclone against a $122,000 Ferrari 348.

The turbocharged 4.3-liter V-6 that sent the Syclone to 60 mph in just 5.3 seconds put out 280 hp and 360 lb-ft of torque, channeled to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic borrowed from the Corvette . The Syclone only came in black and was followed in 1992-1993 by the Typhoon, a GMC Jimmy SUV with the same powertrain.

1989-1991 Dodge Dakota Sport Convertible

Who says you can't have utility and fun in the same package? Before hitting the showrooms, the American Sunroof Company removed the metal roof and installed a folding fabric top and roll bar. The result was the only convertible pickup truck until the Chevrolet SSR came out in 2003. But unlike the Chevy's retro styling and limited utility, the Dakota convertible was pretty much exactly like the hard-top Dakota. That didn't seem to make a difference, however, as both droptop trucks sold poorly and have kept automakers from trying this wacky experiment one more time. The closest thing we have to the Dakota today is the Nissan MuranoCrossCabriolet convertible SUV.

1977 GMC Indy 500

GMC produced some strange special edition pickup trucks in the '70s. In 1975 the company made a black and gold truck called the Gentleman Jim, though the difference wasn't much more than a paint job. That same year the Beau James model debuted, packing some more serious equipment. It was a blue and silver heavy-duty 3/4-ton truck with softer springs and a smoother ride.

In 1977 GMC was the official truck of the Indy 500. To commemorate the occasion, the company built special edition GMC pickups in both 2WD and 4WD, with deep front spoilers, a sweet black and white paint scheme, and big wide raised white letter tires (and red pinstriping). These were some of the coolest and rarest of the 1970s GMC pickups. The success of these trucks made room for 1980's GMC Indy Hauler, when the company joined Pontiac (Turbo Trans Am) to pace the race that year. Indy Haulers were even emblazoned with the Trans Am's screaming chicken hood sticker, making them one of the most outrageous pickups of the era.

2004-2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10

GMC wasn't the only brand making wild, hot-rodded trucks in the '70s; Dodge's 1978 L'il Red Express Truck, with wood bed accents, giant 18-wheeler-like exhaust pipes, and a Police Interceptor 360-cid V-8 under the hood, was one of the craziest.

In 2004 Dodge reprised that idea with even more radical results. Chrysler's in-house tuning arm, SRT, took the 500 hp, 8.3-liter V-10 and six-speed manual transmission from the Dodge Viper and slithered it into the chassis of the Ram pickup. The incredible package, combined with hardcore suspension enhancements, produced a pickup that would hit 60 mph in the 5-second range. In 2005 a Quad Cab model with an automatic transmission and the ability to tow made the SRT-10 slightly more practical, but practicality wasn't why anybody bought this $45,000 monster. This remains one of the most potent pickups in history, and we wouldn't be surprised if they become highly collectible in years to come.

1976-1983 Jeep Honcho

In the 1970s the more aggressive the vehicle name and the wilder the paint, the better. Jeep had plenty of wild models at the time: Remember the 1975 Golden Eagle, a gold accented package available on the CJ? The Golden Eagle was emblazoned with (of course) a giant eagle sticker on its hood. It was like the Trans Am of Jeeps.

But one of the coolest packages Jeep offered was based on Jeep's half-ton full-size pickup, the J-10. Jeep's J-series full-size pickup trucks were launched in 1964 as "Gladiators" but no model was more brazenly over-the-top than the Honcho. Ads proclaimed "Honcho means boss... and Honcho is macho. And that means brawny, powerful and tough."

The Honcho package used the "wide-track" Dana 44 axles from the Cherokee and included big 31-inch tires and white wagon-type wheels. The stoutest Honchos packed AMC's 401-cid V-8. Many wore the optional front brush guard as well as a roll bar in the bed. And some even came with a dealer-installed hidden recovery winch. Jeep produced less than 1500 Honcho Sportsides so these rarities are coveted machines.

1990-1993 Chevy 454 SS

Special edition trucks in the 1990s didn't quite have the visual pop of their '70s and 80s predecessors. Still, the "454 SS" graphics on this truck's bedsides left little to the imagination as to what was under the hood.

The 454 SS was a performance model of the Chevy 1500 launched in 1990. Instead of the ubiquitous 350-cubic-inch small-block V-8 that came in most 1500-series models, Chevy dropped in the 230-hp 454-cid V-8 from its heavy-duty trucks, which pumped 385 lb-ft of torque. It was paired to a three-speed automatic and at first came only in black. The 454 SS sat lower in the rear and wore stiffer front springs to handle the weight of that enormous engine.

A small truck with a huge engine should be a dragstrip terror. But even in 1993, when this motor was massaged to 255 hp and 405 lb-ft, it was good only for mid-15-second quarter-mile times. At the time that wasn't exactly slow, but it couldn't match the Camaro Z/28 or Ford Mustang GT . Chevy introduced a Sport model of the 1500 that sold alongside the 454 SS and looked identical to its more powerful sibling, except for the "454 SS" stickers. Perhaps that's why this cool model lasted only four years.

1990 Dodge Rod Hall Signature Edition

Baja race trucks in the 1980s and early 1990s enjoyed a staunch fan base and inspired the look of street trucks. In 1987, to capitalize on the prerunner craze, legendary racer Rod Hall developed a custom truck backed by Dodge. The 1987 trucks emulated his race prerunners by having a taller and firmer suspension. The trouble was, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) didn't care much for this suspension. Dodge made only 14 Rod Hall Signature Editions and NHTSA recalled every one. Few ever returned to owners' hands, and even fewer still are around today.

However, in 1990 Hall teamed up with Carroll Shelby, who had a relationship with Chrysler at the time, to build a new batch of Signature Series trucks. They made a total of 33, and each one wears cool prerunner bumpers front and rear, a bed-mounted light bar, and Rod Hall driving lights.

All of these trucks came with Dodge's least powerful eight-cylinder engine, the 318-cid V-8 with a measly 170 hp. So they weren't nearly as quick as they looked. Nonetheless, the Rod Hall Signature models were some of the most interesting, rare, and unique trucks Dodge ever offered.

1993-1995 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning

After the early '90s sport-truck performance onslaught by General Motors with the GMC Syclone and 454 SS, it was time for Ford to provide a little competition. But instead of stuffing its biggest V-8 into the Lightning, Ford decided to modify the lighter 5.8-liter V-8 with GT-40 aluminum cylinder heads, plus a unique camshaft, intake manifold, and throttle-body fuel-injection system. The resulting 240 hp and 340 lb-ft of torque was enough to match the 454 SS in a straight line. Ford's in-house performance tuners, SVT, then reworked the Lightning's suspension to provide much more grip and speed in the corners than the heavy Chevy.

The Lightning was a true performance vehicle with upgrades to every aspect of its character. Its capability and speed are that much more impressive when you realize the basic truck platform was already 13 years old when the Lightning debuted. It was so successful that Ford built a second-generation supercharged Lightning from 1999 to 2004. These trucks paved the way for the incredible Raptor of today.

1977-1981 Dodge Macho Power Wagon

The Power Wagon nameplate is one of the longest-running in Dodge history, stretching from the original military Power Wagons of the 1940s to today's Power Wagon, a heavy-duty off-road version of the Ram. In the 1970s Dodge launched a Macho version of the Power Wagon that delivered some visual heat for the 1970s 4X4 fan.

Dodge had some of the craziest pickups on the market, from the gold-trimmed Warlock and Warlock II ('76-'79) to the L'il Red Express Truck ('78-'79), which used tall vertical exhaust stacks combined with the wood-lined bed of the Warlock. The Macho was in production longer than any of them, and came in either short- or long-bed models with a roll bar mounted to the bed, and special flat black and yellow paint accents that included "Power Wagon" in giant letters on the bedside and color matched wagon-type wheels. Although these machines were available with any of Dodge's small block V-8s, the most desirable Machos packed the top dog 440-cid big block V-8 housed in the sportiest short-bed body style.

Machos saw their popularity soar thanks to a long-bed model that played a starring role on the small screen on the 1981 to 1995 hit TV series "Simon and Simon."

2002 Lincoln Blackwood

Put an F-150 into a Lincoln Navigator 's bodywork and you had the Blackwood, a one-year-only pickup from Ford's luxury brand. The idea was a truck as luxurious as it sounds, and the Blackwood's engineers went to great lengths to make this vehicle essentially unusable as a pickup. Its bed was designed more for looking pretty than anything else, with plush carpeting, stainless-steel bedsides, LED lighting, Dutch-style doors replacing a traditional tailgate, and even a power cover.

Unsurprisingly, you paid for that luxury. The Blackwood was only available in 2WD and sold for more than $50,000. The truck failed to attract buyers in any number in its day, but today it's a quirky and rare collector's item.

Tycoon Nochi Dankner and self-immolated Moshe Silman - judicial corruption in Israel

Tycoon Nochi Dankner and self-immolated Moshe Silman - two sided of the same coin - judicial corruption in Israel
Both Tycoon Nochi Dankner and self-immolated, social protest activist Moshe Silman had their fates determined by the Tel Aviv District Court. In both cases, judges of the Court, as described by Silman 'violated the law with impunity'. In the case of Tycoon Nochi Dankner the outcome was leaving him at the helm of his fraudulent corporate pyramid scheme with no recourse to bond holders and banking regulators. In the case of Moshe Silman the outcome was leaving him with nothing at all... Addressing corruption of the courts should be one of the primary objectives of the Israeli social protest movement.

Judge Hagai Brenner (Tel Aviv District Court) engaged in fraud on the court in the case of Moshe Silman. Judge Eitan Orenstein (Tel Aviv District Court) engaged in fraud on the court in the case of Nochi Dankner. Integrity of conduct of Judges Esther Hayut and Asher Grunis (Supreme Court) in a petition addressing judicial corruption remains questionable...

May 6, Occupy Tel-Aviv - papers filed in the Supreme Court yesterday, document the conduct of simulated litigation - fraud on the court - by Judge Eitan Orenstein in the IDB default case in the Tel Aviv District Court last week. In the largest financial institution default case in the history of the State of Israel, debt holders, who are financial institutions were allowed to participate in the charade, but representatives of bond holders and the Regulator of Financial Markets in the Ministry of Treasury were excluded. In such proceedings, no summonses were issued or executed, no attorney filed certificate of power of attorney, the case was terminated with no judgment or dispositive order, and public access to court records is unlawfully denied. At the end, tycoon Nochi Dankner was permitted to continue managing his fraudulent corporate pyramid scheme.

The case of the IDB default and Judge Eitan Orenstein is the latest in a series of cases, filed with the Supreme Court in a petition, which documents unprecedented judicial corruption of the Israeli courts over the past decade. Another notable case of simulated litigation - fraud on the court - which was filed with the Supreme Court in the same petition, is the case of self-immolated, social protest activist Moshe Silman. Silman too was subjected to a charade in the Tel Aviv District Court - by Judge Hagai Brenner. In litigation against the Social Security administration, Attorney (retired judge) Sarah Frisch, who appeared on behalf of the Social Security, and the Social Security administration refuse to answer - who was attorney of record for Social Security in the case. Magistrate Hagai Brenner denied Silman's complaint against Social Security, and Pro Tem District Judge Hagai Brenner denied Silman's appeal from Brenner's own decision. In Silman's case as well, the Tel Aviv District Court unlawfully denies public access to court records.

In the opening lines of his last letter, Silman correctly described such conduct as denial of access to justice and violation of the law with impunity.

Together, the two cases, of Nochi Dankner and Moshe Silman, both in the Tel Aviv District Court, vividly document the central role of judicial corruption in the socio-economic changes seen in Israel over the past decade, including dramatic increase in poverty and widening economic gaps.

The petition in the Supreme Court, details the two above cases ans others. The petition was filed with the Supreme Court on April 15, 2013, and names Minister of Justice Tzipi Livni and Director of the Courts Michael Spitzer as respondents. The petition claims that the Ministry of Justice and the Administration of the Courts colluded over the past decade in the implementation of fraudulent computerized record systems in the courts, which are central instruments in enabling such conduct.

Beyond documenting individual cases of judicial corruption in various courts, the petition shows that starting in 2004, the Administration of the Courts was permitted by then Minister of Justice Tommy Lapid, to alter the Regulations of the Courts in an unspecified manner, as part of implementation of the new generation of computerized system in the courts, with no public notice. Today, the Regulations of the Courts in Israel are confidential...

The petition also documents that with the implementation of the latest generation of computerized systems of the courts, the duties and obligations of the Chief Clerks, relative to integrity of courts records, was undermined. Today, falsification of of court records by judges is a widespread problem, widely reported in the cases of Judge Vardah AlSheikh and former Judge Hilah Cohen, and also noted in the latest report of the Ombudsman of the Judiciary.

By now, there is perhaps no Chief Clerk in any of the Israeli courts (including the Supreme Court), who holds a lawful appointment record. At the same time, the Chief Clerks refuse to certify any court records, or authenticate the service of court decisions.

Whether the petition in the Supreme Court would be accorded due process, remains questionable:
The Supreme Court has used its own computerized system to undermine the integrity of the records in the petition - the court refuses to register the filing of the petition opening record. Supreme Court Justice Esther Hayut "released" a decision on a request that the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court refused to accept. After two letters to Supreme Court Presiding Justice Asher Grunis over the past tow weeks, asking that he ensure honest registration of records in the petition, the Supreme Court continues to engage in false and deliberately misleading registration of the records. In short, in dealing with a petition, which documents widespread judicial corruption in the Israeli courts through falsification of court records and conduct of simulated proceedings, the Supreme Court itself is resorting to the same conduct...

Conduct of the Supreme Court in the petition also demonstrates that Israeli judges (like their counterparts in the US and elsewhere) are not ready, willing, able to address their own corruption.

Reform must be imposed on the courts. Addressing judicial corruption should be one of the primary objectives of the Israeli social protest movement.

Biker Skittles Two Cyclists

Two bicycle riders have had a lucky escape after a motorcyclist ploughed into them on a scenic but notorious road in California.

A video shows a red motorcycle successfully negotiate a left-hand turn before continuing to ride on directly into the back of one cyclist.

The biker and cyclist are knocked off by the impact before the riderless motorcycle continues on.

It then collides with the second cyclist. All three riders end up in a pile together but were able to walk away, with minor injuries.

One cyclist, who was wearing a French race shirt, apparently lives in England and was visiting friends in California.

The dramatic moments were captured by videographer Rnickeymouse, who regularly films motorcyclists' struggles to stay upright on the twisty Mulholland Highway, north of Malibu.

Police cars, an ambulance, fire engine and tow truck all attended the scene.

Asked by a medic, one cyclist says his name is Mark before being checked over.

The bicycles, including one which was a handmade Merlin frame, were seriously damaged in the crash.

Rnickeymouse has gained an international reputation for filming motorcycle slides and crashes on the difficult corner and posting them on YouTube.

He said in a message: "Even though bicycles are up here in increasing numbers, this is the first time a bicycle has been hit by a motorcycle In the four years I've been up here.

"Motorcycle riders of all skill levels come up here to practise.

"This location it is pretty common for riders to sometimes go wide exiting the turn. It is very unfortunate."

The collision is hard to explain as the biker had already negotiated the corner successfully before veering into the cyclists.

Posts on Rnickeymouse's page put the cause down to so-called target fixation.

In theory training motorcyclists are taught that their vehicle will veer in the direction they are looking.

In this case the rider may have focused on the two cyclists rather than the clear road ahead, posts suggest.
