This video shows protests once again GERB party won the elections in Bulgaria. These elections were won by the GERB party of manipulation, vote buying and fake ballots. During the election prosecutors investigate in printing "Multi Print" where all printed ballots for the elections in Bulgaria and there were found 350,000 additional printed newsletters that GERB party wanted to raise their voices. Prosecutors seized those papers and the case is pre-trial proceedings. This printer is located in ofKostinbrod near Sofia and it was awarded the contract to print ballots for all elections that took place in Bulgaria. This printer, however, is owned by a person who is a municipal councilor and member of the GERB party. This shows how GERB deliberately gave the order for printing of ballots for the election of a trusted person to be able to manipulate the votes of citizens.
All of it put people back into the streets to protest after they realized how their vote was manipulated.
This protest was held in Sofia at the National Palace of Culture. People came to him from various cities and provinces of Bulgaria to show their support both the protests.

Two friends battered a sheep to
death with a hammer and cut off its legs in a field so they could have a
free roast dinner, a court heard.Matthew Davidson, 28, and Kevin Sherratt, 33, stole the mutilated remains and paraded the animal's head around.

But
their drunken prank on a farm in Macclesfield, Cheshire, backfired when
they sent photos of what they had done to a friend who alerted police.

Mutilation: Matthew Davidson, 28, can be seen
attacking the lamb which had two of its legs removed and its head torn

He also said the whole incident was 'well funny' and they had been thinking about what they were going to eat the next day.

Davidson and Sherratt, both
unemployed and from Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage and theft of
the sheep before magistrates in the town.Simon
Pover, prosecuting, said: 'On April 26, the farmer discovered one of
the hoggits (year-old lambs) had been killed and its body mutilated. Its
remains were found on a footpath. Both hind legs and the head had been
removed.

Sick prank: Davidson, 28, shows off the head which was torn off the dead sheep

Boasts: Kevin Sherratt, 33, jokes to his friend
'that's Sunday dinner lamb sorted' after sending a friend a picture of
what they had done
'On April 25 at 8pm, a friend known to
both defendants received a text message from Davidson asking "you up
for killing a cow, pal?".'At
11pm that same night he received a text message from Sherratt saying
"seriously mate how much fun we had, oh my days". He then received five
pictures of the men slaughtering and mutilating the sheep with a knife
or blade.'In another
picture Davidson was stood in Sherratt's home holding up the lamb's
head. Another text said: "Lamb sorted. Only Yorkshires needed now".'Mr Pover said other messages bragged about the brutal killing.

One
text from Davidson said: 'I hope we didn't scare you with all this. We
were a bit (drunk) and thought about Sunday dinner. It was funny when
the hammer went through that skull. Think I might have found my new
career as a butcher not a builder'.'Another
from Sherratt said: 'It was well funny. I held it down and said do not
hit my hand with that hammer. What does he do, but on the killer blow
hit my hand with the hammer. It hurt my knuckle. He is a lunatic.'The police found bags containing the animal's body parts and bloodied tools in a shed at Sherratt's home.

Mr
Pover told the court: 'Sherratt told police they were drunk at home and
decided they wanted a roast dinner. He said he had hunted smaller
animals.

Sick pranksters: Davidson, 28, (left) and
Sherratt, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and theft of the sheep
when they appeared before magistrates
'They decided to kill a sheep
and got a claw hammer and serrated knife. They went to a field during
the night, caught a sheep by running alongside it, pushing it and
pinning it to the floor.'He said the first blow killed it but they took an extra two or three strokes to make sure. They both skinned the animal.

'Davidson
told police he had spent three days at Sherratt's house and been drunk
throughout. He couldn't remember much but recalled being in a field with
a sheep.'Trevor Feehily, defending, said the incident had been triggered by alcohol.

He said: 'It doesn't excuse what either of them have done. Both said it was drunken and complete stupidity.'

Police wanted to charge Davidson and Sherratt with animal cruelty, but they could not prove the sheep had suffered.

They will be sentenced on June 7.

Master Israeli spy and traitor Jonathan Pollard should serve out his prison sentence

By Glenn Garvin

Miami Herald

In his book "The Joys of
Yiddish," Leo Rosten, struggling to define the concept of "chutzpah" to
Americans, toyed with a bunch of English expressions: "gall, brazen
nerve, effrontery, incredible 'guts,' presumption plus arrogance." In
the end, he concluded no single word sufficed. Chutzpah, he wrote was
"that quality enshrined in a man who, having killed his mother and
father, throws himself on the mercy of the court because he is an
orphan."If Rosten were around today, he might offer another
definition: a country that sends a spy to steal millions of pages of
national-security secrets from its best friend in the world and then
demands his release as a sign of friendship. That's exactly what
happened last month when President Obama visited Israel, only to be
berated over the imprisonment of Tel Aviv's self-described "master spy,"
Jonathan Pollard.Pollard has been in jail since 1985, when he
was arrested for using his job as a U.S. Navy intelligence analyst to
plunder enough classified documents to fill a 6-foot-by-10-foot room,
which he sold to Israel for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Sentenced
to life in prison, he's scheduled for parole in November 2015, after
completing 30 years of his term.Pressure on Obama

Both
Israeli president Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are
believed to have demanded Pollard's release in private meetings with
Obama. Members of the Knesset were so open about their intentions to
rough Obama up on the subject of Pollard that the president declined an
offer to speak there.Deprived of a chance to shout at Obama face
to face, Knesset member Danny Danon instead took to the pages of USA
Today, where his op-ed piece called Pollard's jailing "an historic
wrong" and added: "If President Obama plans on asking the Israeli people
to trust him during what promises to be a tumultuous four years,
bringing Jonathan home would be a just and noble way to do so."Putting
aside the fact that a lot of Americans might reasonably expect they've
already earned some trust by giving Israel $3 billion a year (nearly
half the U.S. budget for foreign military aid), the clamor for Pollard's
release begs the question: Why are the Israelis insisting that the
future of relations with the United States rests on the immediate
release of a convicted spy who is just 19 months from possible parole?
 The
answer is that Israeli officials don't want Pollard released because
he's served his time. They want him released because they think he
didn't do anything wrong and they want Washington to publicly admit it.
And they think this is an opportune moment to press their demand because
Obama is politically weak and might hope to score points with a
wavering constituency, American Jews. But releasing Pollard would
be a giant mistake for the president. Pollard is neither a naive kid who
blundered into trouble for unthinkingly passing a harmless secret or
two to an ally, nor an innocent Jewish victim persecuted by an insidious
network of anti-Semites within the U.S. government. He is, rather, a
mercenary who looted U.S. national security for personal gain.Israel
was the biggest beneficiary of Pollard's perfidy. He stole so many
documents - delivering up to five suitcases-full at a time to his
control officer - that the Israelis had to buy a condo and equip it with
a high-speed copying machine just to handle the take. The Israelis in
return paid him $2,500 a month (well over his U.S. government take-home
pay), lavished him with jewelry and European vacations, and set up a
Swiss bank account to hold a $300,000 bonus. And still Pollard
wanted more. He tried to sell American secrets to Pakistan, Australia
and South Africa's apartheid regime. He stole classified documents on
China to help his wife land a big public-relations contract with China.Profitable proposition

If
spying was quite profitable for Pollard, it was no bargain for American
taxpayers. It cost many millions of dollars to replace the intelligence
systems he compromised, including a blueprint for U.S. electronic
interceptions around the world. Pollard's disclosures enabled Israeli
missions that the United States would never have agreed to support, like
a 1985 bombing raid on a PLO headquarters in Tunisia that killed scores
of innocent bystanders. And much of the material Pollard stole
(including information on how the United States tracked Soviet
submarines) wound up in Moscow - perhaps because the KGB pilfered it
from Israel, perhaps because the Israelis swapped it for Jewish
emigrants from Russia. It is inconceivable that any American
president would stamp these actions with approval by granting early
release to the man who carried them out. And for President Obama, whose
attorney general has prosecuted more government officials for leaks
under the 1917 Espionage Act than all his predecessors combined, it
would be an act of unfathomable hypocrisy. If it's OK for Pollard
to dump documents to Israel, why isn't it OK for Bradley Manning to do
the same to Wikileaks? Because the Knesset says so?Glenn Garvin is a columnist for the Miami Herald.

A man who was fatally shot by an FBI agent late Tuesday in Florida knew one of the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings, a friend of the victim said Wednesday.

FBI Agent Dave Couvertier said in a statement that an unidentified agent encountered the man while conducting official duties.

"The suspect is deceased," the statement read. "We do not have any further details at this time."

Khusen Taramov, who was at the scene and identified himself as the victim's friend, said the man knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old former amateur boxer suspected in the April 15 bombings that killed three and injured more than 260, MyFoxOrlando.com reports.

Taramov said he and his friend had no connection with the Boston Marathon bombings, but the FBI had been questioning them since the attacks.

"He used to talk on the phone with him ," Taramov said of his friend. "They talked last time a month ago. After the bombing, I couldn't believe it. The FBI kept asking, 'What's the connection?' But there is no connection ... no connection."

Taramov said the man had planned to return to Chechnya, but canceled his plane tickets.

"Me and him and my friends, we knew this was going to happen. That's why he wanted to leave the country," Taramov said. "But he canceled the tickets. The FBI's been pushing him, 'Don't leave, don't leave.' So he decided to stay."

Taramov said he was questioned by the FBI earlier Tuesday but was allowed to leave, MyFoxOrlando.com reports. When he came back, he found out his friend had been shot dead, he said.

"The FBI knows what happened," Taramov said.

Why Al Quseir, Hezbollah And Whats Really Behind It

I found this article very interesting and just wanted to share. It help me a little bit to understand why some big powers would go so far and openly (almost) support terrorism to achieve their geopolitical goals.
Text was Google-translated
Al-Quseir lies on the road between Damascus and the Mediterranean coast.

For the rebels control over al-Quseir is necessary because it serves as a link to the mountainous terrain
in the north of Lebanon, where mercenaries are being moved deep into Syria. Elimination of this base will allow the government army commanders to consider the problem for the release of
militants from the northwestern province of Idlib and Aleppo.

The Israeli press reported that the attention of all the regional intelligence focused on the area between
Baalbek and the Syrian border. This is the "heart and lungs war machine Lebanese Shiite organization,"
"Hezbollah".

Worries Israelis are not just noticeable - it is accented! What does this mean?
Syrian resource
"Al-Haqiqa>> story on the value of the fight for al-Quseir, which brings on
the side of the Syrian army and soldiers of "Hezbollah".

Al-Haqiqa>> based on the information the British diplomat who until recently worked in Damascus until
the closure of its embassy there.

Al-Quseir is a unique case - the head of "Hezbollah", Sheikh Nasrallah, openly acknowledged the
participation of its people in this battle for the Syrian city. According to him, it is about
"limited" involvement in order to protect residents in the vicinity of minorities, especially Shiites, whose land and property in the last few months have been confiscated by Sunni Islamist insurgents "Dzhabhat
en-Nusra" and "al-Faruq Brigades."

But is this the real reason for intervention, "Hezbollah"?
And he said the following:
"Here, on this small area concentrated all the regional and international dimensions of the Syrian conflict.
On the surface,
"Hezbollah" is trying to protect the Shiites. But in reality, there is a real World War IIL, there face to face great powers - not metaphorically, but really.

Sometimes their representatives are invisible, like ghosts, influencing events through satellites and drones, but sometimes they suddenly make themselves known.

For example, in the course of the battle for Baba Amr (village near the city of Homs - SF) stepped in
Russian, giving the regime satellite imagery areas. At the same time, dozens of technical intelligence agents of the French and British special forces led by rebel forces in Homs - the same Baba Amr.

It is through this region in the first year of the war in Syria, especially in the central region, and 60%
of thrown weapons and fighters for the insurgency from abroad.

According to the assessment of Israeli and Western intelligence, this region - the most dangerous and most strategically important in the Middle East - in a confrontation axis of Iran-Syria-Israel axis against Saudi Arabia.

At the disposal of Israel and the U.S. were some of the reports. They estimate that up to 80% of heavy weapons passed the Syrians "Hezbollah", in particular, rockets, walked along the corridor. "In other words - this area is a very sensitive point, which allows control of their transfer along this corridor anything - from fighters to missiles.

Therefore, according to the British diplomat, the attention of all the regional intelligence focused on the
region between the Lebanese and Syrian border Baalbek. It was here that are warehouses and bases "Hezbollah".

Now all is clear, writes the "Al-Haqiqa>>, that the Sunni insurgents and the southern border with Syria, Jordan, and on the demarcation of the ceasefire line work closely with Israeli intelligence . What
for? She conducts them in terms of grazing with the Shia "Hezbollah." This is evidenced by the statement of one of the commanders of "Free Syrian Army" Khalid al-Habous. When he was last year proclaimed the "Battle of Liberation", the aim of which was to prevent the supply of arms Syria, "Hezbollah".

And that's why now "Hezbollah" without any hesitation was ready to take part in cleaning
it from hostile armed groups and the province itself and Homs, in particular, the areas adjacent to the Lebanese border.
But it is - "atruth" by a British citizen.
On the other hand, it looks different: it is about al-Quseir, as a strategic point linking the Syrian authorities with their union, "Hezbollah".

Control, which at one time set militants jihadists in the region, meant separation from Damascus, the
Lebanese territory in the area of

Canadian teen missing for over two weeks in Mexico

This is actually my friends buddy , and its kinda sad but realistically not many ppl are found once they go missing in mexico.

The family of a missing B.C. man worries that he and his friend have
been kidnapped after disappearing from a Mexican resort almost two weeks
ago.

Canadian Diego Hernandez, a 22-year-old martial arts instructor, and
his American friend, Craig Silva, went missing from Puerto Vallarta on
May 8, just two days after Hernandez organized a mixed martial arts
sporting event in the city. They have not been seen or heard from since.

The mother of the missing Canadian, now in Puerto Vallarta, believes her son was kidnapped. They're both martial arts instructors, they're disciplined
individuals," Hernandez's mother Melissa Canez told The Canadian Press
on Monday.

Canez says she has seen surveillance video that shows Hernandez withdrawing cash at an ATM flanked by two masked men.

According to Canez, Hernandez was also approached before the event by a person who wanted a cut of his earnings.

"I was terrified," she told AP. "I said to him, 'You can't say no to
those people...I think you should leave, like get on the plane right now."

The pair was last seen in Silva's truck, a black 2003 Chevy Trailblazer, which has since been recovered by police.

Local Mexican newspaper Noticias PV says Puerto Vallarta's director of
public safety, Silvestre Chavez, has launched an investigation.

"The police in Mexico and the Embassy are taking this seriously and
working on getting records but at this time it appears to be a random
kidnapping," the moderator of a Facebook group set up to collect tips
about the pair's whereabouts wrote on May 12.

Taking to Facebook on May 16, Silva's sister begged her brother's potential captors to "just let him go."

"This is the breaking point," she wrote on the group's Facebook page.
"Please if anyone out there knows where my brother is -- or if you have
him. Please just let him go. Craig is my baby brother. I just want him
back safely. I don't care why you have him or who you are, I just want
Craig back safe. Please. If you love your own family: brother or sister
or son, try to imagine how we feel and send him home to us safely."The plea was posted a day after Mother's Day, the "very first" time the
missing American man "did not tell me how much he loves me," wrote
Silva's mother on Facebook. "This pain will not go away and I will not
rest until I can hear those words again. I love you Craig."

Source: http://syriareport.net/turning-point-battle-for-al-qusayr/ Following the securing of villages surrounding the key city of Al-Qusayr in Homs province, Syrian aircraft dropped flyers over the city on May 10th. The flyers informed civilians in the besieged town of a corridor to the North through which they were urged to evacuate pending an imminent offensive to uproot embedded militants. Observers were expecting a speedy offensive, but due to a lull in civilian evacuation, the assault was postponed on or around May 14th. Recently, reports suggest civilians who later tried to leave, were forced to stay, utilised as a human shield by divided, arguing militant factions.
Why is Al-Qusayr important?Al-Qusayr is a small city with a population of between 30,000 and 50,000 about 9 km from the northeastern border of Lebanon. It is also 22 km southwest of Homs. Due to it's proximity to Lebanon, Al-Qusayr is an attractive position for militant groups trafficking arms and personnel. Al-Qusayr is a strategic link between Damascus, the coast, and Homs, Hama and Aleppo to the north. Since March, the Syrian army has been on the offensive, securing key areas in Aleppo, Damascus countryside , Dara'a and Homs. The primary objective of these pinpoint operations is the disruption and eliminating of supply lines from neighbouring countries, a lifeline enabling militant groups to continue their attrition against Syrian army installations such as airbases. In Rif Dimashq (Damascus countryside) specifically, militant organisations intensified attempts to disrupt life in Damascus with regular mortar and rocket attacks, and occasional car bombs.

Following a stunning deployment of artillery and airpower on May 19th, Syrian forces and it's allied guerrilla detachments of the National Defence Forces (NDF) and Hezbollah stormed Al-Qusayr. Within the first day, the centre of the city was secured following the witnessing of the church having been destroyed by militants - Al-Qusayr has a significant Christian population.

According to our source, the greatest challenge for Syrian troops and it's guerrilla allies, were Chechen militants and entrenched, well trained snipers.

Underlining the logistical and strategic importance of the city, insurgents were reported to be well armed and consistently firing hundreds of rounds a minute while deploying mortars and rocket propelled grenades. During the day, 20th May, the Syrian army were reported to have control over 60% of the city. Since then, their advance has been reported as slow, but significant as the role of aircraft and armoured units became more limited, presenting infantry with the objective of fighting in a heavily built-up area.

Significantly, the Syrian command left the Northern gateway out of the city wide open. Initially, this was the corridor for civilians who were urged to evacuate in the days and weeks before the assault. Little is known about the motive for such a decision, but it is highly likely that this is in order to draw adversaries into open ground to allow for accurate targeting and eventual defeat of armed militants who will have expended supplies during their encirclement. Indeed, a split between two groups emerged following the near total encirclement of the city - those who wanted to fight to the death and those who wanted to evacuate the city in anticipation of a saturating Syrian army assault on the city.

As of today, the situation remains slow but steady. The various army brigades involved in the multi-directional assault on the city are converging in the south of the city, readying for an assault on the west. The battle is not over and what will become of the remaining adversaries in the northern corridor of the city remains to be seen.

After the Battle of Al-QusayrA map posted by Syrian Perspective 's source, which sheds light on Syrian army strategy. As noted, Al-Qusayr's surrounding areas were subject to a build-up and eventual encirclement of Syrian troops and allies. Northwest of the city, the villages of Al-Hamidiyah and Al-Haydariya were secured - completing a chain around insurgent positions and entrenchments. It is expected that militant groups will be fully encircled, sieged and eliminated in order to secure Homs governate (province) in it's entirety.

The army's strategy of securing important cities, towns and other populated centres while placing less emphasis on isolated rural positions, has paid off. It is possible that the army and it's allies will fully secure the west of the country and move west in an effort to confront Al-Qaeda and other factions which are particularly active in that region.

Take note of surrounding positions of Hama city, including Talbiseh and Rastan.

From predictions of Syrian army collapse to increasing victories on the groundReports of new counter-insurgency strategies in early 2013 appears to have paid off, with a clear increase in morale for Syrian troops. Reports from Damascus indicate an increasingly confident administration. More recently, Russia's transfer of advanced P-800 Oniks/Yakhonts anti-ship missiles underline Moscow's position on the conflict - one which is against foreign intervention.

Yakhonts anti-ship missile with a range of up to 300 km. Syria's possession of upgraded missiles will reportedly thwart plans for a naval blockade and no-fly zone

A marked re-calibration in Syrian army methodology can be traced back to the latter weeks of 2012, where reports of "opposition victories" were attributed to the overrunning and capture of insignificant, isolated Syrian army positions and installations. In fact, reports suggest that military strategists have decided against the defence of strategically unimportant outposts, in favour of an operational consolidation of manpower and equipment in order to pursue direct confrontation with militant organisations.

Consideration of the Syrian army's historically based Soviet military doctrine from the years of President Hafez al-Assad and the close relationship between the Soviet Union and recently Russia is important. Russian lessons of a costly war in Chechnya and the resulting defeat of Jihadist militants groups are key to gaining more understanding of Syrian rationale in dealing with entrenched and oftentimes elusive militant groups. Additionally, the Soviet era military hardware has had many opportunities to present it's defects as well as advantages.

The Syrian Air Force inventory includes aging but reliable Sukhoi combat jets.

The Syrian army, ill-prepared for an asymmetrical, foreign equipped and funded militant onslaught, has proved remarkably resilient. Despite crucial military hardware being of age, the reliable nature of vehicles and aircraft coupled with well trained personnel has enabled the Syrian armed forces to turn strategy into success. Indeed, the Western media narrative has performed a stunning u-turn of army having it's days numbered, having it's back broken with defections and close to collapse. Absent from the reporting of Western media outlets, often quoting alleged experts, is accurate reports of the Syrian army's doctrinal order of battle - living up to the reputation of one of the best trained and equipped army's in the region.

Worth considering also, is the army's breaking of two much reported sieges of Wadi al-Deif and Hamidiya outside Maarat al-Numan in mid-April. Airdrops to the installations were naturally discontinued, allowing greater employment of airpower to other important flashpoints.

President Hafez al-Assad's emphasis on the maintenance of a well disciplined and competent military have survived. Calibrated with Russian lessons of the Chechnya conflict and Hezbollah's combat experience, effectiveness and asymmetrical tactics, the Syrian army is living up to it's reputation as a logistically and cohesive force.

Police detain Munib Farhat, A Muslim from Majd al-Krum (N.Israel) suspected of running abusive sect, allegedly subjugated 6 families to his will, forced parents to treat children violently.

Woman who left the cult of Majd al-Krum says leader sexually assaulted members, smeared feces on kids. 'When I screamed he threatened to murder me,' she tells Ynet -
"He attacked the women and children, kept women locked in the shower for hours and took our paychecks," said a woman who was a member of a violent cult allegedly led by 56-year-old Munib Farhat in the Galilee community of Majd al-Krum.

Farhat was arrested on Tuesday by Northern District Police after a month-long investigation following a complaint by a 46 year-old member of the cult who managed to escape. He was remanded for eight days.
Police suspect the leader had ordered his followers to act violently toward their children, in the name of "proper" education. The violent cult consisted of 11 adults and 25 children.

The man is also accused of sexually assaulting several of the women in the group and abusing both the women and children. Among other things, the cult leader allegedly locked the children in the bathroom, smeared feces on their mouths and rationed their food. Farhat has denied the allegations.

"Farhat told us he was a religious man and could solve any financial, social and family-related problem," the woman who filed the complaint told Ynet. "He also convinced us to turn over our paychecks at the end of each month and said if we wanted to purchase anything we should ask him (for money)."
According to the woman, the cult leader opened a small store in his home "and he forced us to shop only there. Sometimes we would ask him for money to buy food for the house, and he would give us 50 shekels ($14) and tell us that was enough. He also never agreed to give the children any money. He stole our all of our funds."

The complainant's brother said she told him the abuse, assault and sexual exploitation went on for years.

The woman further told Ynet that "at first we believed (Farhat) and thought he wanted to help us, but everything changed over the past few years. He attacked women and children; forced them to clean the house and cultivate the land without any compensation. Any woman who objected was attacked and locked in the shower or stockroom for more than seven hours.
"He brutally attacked me several times - stepped on my neck, hit me all over by body and locked me up in the stockroom with the mice. When I screamed he threatened to murder me. I did not seek medical care because I was afraid he would hurt me if he found out," she recalled.

The woman said that as soon as she left the cult and complained against Farhat, he turned her family against her. "My husband and three children are no longer in touch with me and believe that the cult leader's way is the right one. I hope we will live together again - far away from this horrific story," the woman said.
