Hey listen, maybe it's because you haven't experienced it for youselves, but frankly I'm sick of the disgusting abuse and harassment gets for nothing more than stating an opinion when I or anyone else for that matter posts anything on Liveleak. I mean, whatst's the point? I'm not getting paid to do this. All I have is the satisfacction of doing it and sharing my opinion with others in the most entertaining way I can think of, or revealing my passions, or just giving m,y opinion. How does that give you license to use my little site to post obscene material or try to humiliate me? It doesn't. If it did, they wouldn't provide me with the discretion to turn off your commnets.
If everyone had something intelligent, nice or meaningful to say, then it would be acceptable. But I don't myself in front of you and everyone else so they can make disgusting, obscene comments about me jsut to give them nothing more than the satisifaction of doing it. It drags the whole thing down into the gutter.
ANd no, this is about the only place I post a video anymore.
SO you tell me, what's the point of a "video sharing site is" if the users discourage each other from using it? Explain that to me? You don't write your ugly little comments on the dust jackets of books, do you? ANd TV and film producers aren't required to provide a forum for every mentally ill sociopath to write his or her anonymous comments, are they? SO why should I be?

My comments are no more or less important than anyone elses. But, Jack obviously does care about comments enough to turn them off. I also know from speaking to him that he reads them and they do leave impressions. So, yes, my comments carry as much weight as any others including yours which you seem to think your are as equally self-important to leave as the rest of us.
