I normally can't stand the yoursay videos but this time i just happened to be going thru some replies that led me to "is it really about bombs". Very nicely done.
If only my words could come out like that when I need them. Honestly tho I've come to the conclusion that many people aren't worth arguing with completely.
Keep it up, and maybe get a job as a friggin writer or something. Your very professional sounding.

You're right, Dead But Dreaming, that there is no compulsion to join Islam. You can still be a Christian or a Jew. But then of course --- under Sharia Law --- you're designated Dhimmi and relegated to a position in the lowest of the lowesr classes.
How kind of them to include loopholes in their law which allows for the practice of other faiths, don't you think?
There is a reason slavery is still practiced in Islamic countries.

I agree with a lot of this video.
The reason *I think* Islam needs to be addressed ASAP is mainly because of their idea that any true Muslim must denounce their country, government, and any other authority outside of "Allah". Or as I call their diety, Simon... This methodology lays the ground for quite a chain reaction. After a few generations of simpletons join this cult, and force/brainwash this into their children, and this repeats, its basically a large scale game of Simon Says, that is constantly spreading. And these "clerics" and "Islamic councils" that issue "fatwa's" are the ones calling out the orders in the name of "Allah". To me it is similar to all religions in the sense that it is a tool of mass population control, which should be managed by the official government of a country, not a religion.
Another conflicting idea of Islam is that not being a muslim is somehow dishonorable. Unfortunately, when a person is raised to believe in Islam as a child, they do not have the foresight to know that honor is simply about respect, and that part of respect is respecting a persons choice to agree or disagree. This contradictory idea is the driving force of Islamic values that is easy to get into the head of a child or paranoid person.
Every person that bitched about the comics of Muhammad, or supports these protestors idea that insulters of Islam deserve death, are simply poor misguided brainwashed pawns of this cult... and I fully support defending against them.
All members of any group that requires members to committ to undermining their official government should be charged with treason.
At least in my opinion :).
