Hi.
I just had to say this:
I'm tired of LL telling me its a repost and rejecting my videos, and then I see this "repost" featured by someone else on the frontpage sometime later.
Why does all the videos have to be pended before release? Why cant the videos be uploaded and then deleted later when or if its against the terms of use?
I'm also tired of seeing videos rejected because the moderators disagree with the political message.
Otherwise a great page.

As for your suggestion of ignoring people who abuse our rules I think you should realise we might not want a site with comments made up of nothing but abuse and racial slurs. Sure, it goes on, but without mods taking care of it we would be overwhelmed.
Freedom is a lofty ideal. But with freedom comes responsiblity and words are very often not harmless and simply to be ignored. I think you may have oversimplified this to quite a large degree. Finally, we never said there would be freedom of speech here. We've always had, and always will have, our rules. They are there to keep some semblence of order about the place."

that's exactly what i was hoping you'd say. the people who ask for total free speech in the comments section mustn't have visited those other media sites where there are no mods -- pages and pages of people writing absolute bile. i checked a few and compared them to this one and that's why i'm still here. it's part of the reason why i had no regrets upgrading and becoming a paying member
when you read nothing but negativity, anger, and sarcasm 100 times for every 1 time a person genuinely writes a decent or neutral comment it can and will affect your enjoyment of the site. not only that it will push those other people away -- the educated ones, the moderate ones, the friendly ones -- and give all the children and mentally stunted adults free reign to fling poo everywhere the entire time. i just saw a very close friend of mine delete his account because of that -- other people i consider allies and friends PM me or talk to me about the same thing (that the hate and ignorance of so many people fatigues them). i tell them to "keep a light heart and find humor in it or you won't last -- don't bear grudges"
there has to be SOME standard somewhere when people talk to each other in real life, right? so why should it be any different online?
i know that if i cross the line i will be warned. and if i don't adhere to the rules enough the same rules will be put upon me. but i know the score. this is the way i want it to be, so thanks

Hayden why did you strip your top uploaders like barnesy, biggles9 ect. of their "Premium User Status"? They contribute more to LiveLeak then someone who pays monthly.
