Been working on starting to finish the basement. It's over 2700 sq feet down there so it's gonna take time and materials! I am planning to do it all myself over the next three years. First is my hobby/woodworking shop, 2nd is my poker lounge. I have about 2 dozen guys that come over for "guy night" on Wednesdays. We play poker, board games, pool, etc and discuss current events with bourbon in one hand and a fine cigar in the other. Life is very good!
