The superiority of a specified race is unquanitifiable. For you to make these assertions based on certain quantifiable attribute to a particular race is nonesense.
Standard of living and civic infrastructure are quite quantifiable, to beleive otherwise is ignorant in the extreme.
Equality is a myth.

They are inextricably related. Perhaps not entirely causational, but most certainly and apparently correllational.
Could the supposed correllation be a result of the current economic system that works to divide classes and race rather than genetics?

You mean the systems before where people could freely exploit and enslave by kings and masters, instead of having to do it secretly nowadays?
Not exactly, although I agree those systems did and still do exist. Eg: West/Central Africa, parts of Asia, and the Carribbean.
I thinking more of the places where people routinely run around naked, like animals, which are incidentally many of the same areas listed above.
