thank you rufus...I7m not in Chile right now...but my family is ...and while I'm shock for the level of destruction and relief for the low casualty rate on and event of this magnitude...it seem that it help that people were in their houses sleeping and got enough warning to go out in the rather of a busy normal day in the middle of the day ....
