I'm definitely talking about blacks.
Although there is a fairly large number of violent latinos out there, they are still quite small compared to the amount of violent blacks it seems. And it seems like if you leave them alone, latinos will leave you alone unlike blacks who will often mess with people for for shits and giggles if not for crime.
I would gladly trade the 42 million or so blacks in the US for 42 million more latinos in a heartbeat and I guarantee you crime and mu More..
