However, if you dole out food under the auspice of a not-for-profit organization, the rules are different. The law is designed to prevent someone from distributing sub-standard food to an open public.

  • Obvliously there is more to this story than feeding homeless people. These libtards wanted to create a scene and that's exactly what happened.

    Did some more reading, apparantly the food sharing ordinance was enacted because these "gatherings" resulted in garbage being left behind, people urinating in public, and concerns about crime. If you lived or had a business in the area you wouldn't want to have to put up with that shit either.
