Some enjoy saying, "No other burning building has fallen down; that proves something evil by the US government."
I like to point out the unique construction, and say, "this is a unique construction."
I can easily see with my eyes why the buildings would be unstable with some core columns and outside supports cut and everything further weakened by fire.

@lizatrainer It burned on many floors for 6 hours with no sprinklers of firefighters. Under any other circumstance the fire would have been contained, but it wasn't. Steel got soft. Beams bent. The collapse started from the middle of the building. Find a video of the collapse and watch the structures on the roof tumble into the building before any collapse is evident on the outside walls.

There was a good BBC programme where they took a number of "truthers" over to the US to meet various experts and people involved in 9/11. A leading architect and engineer showed that a building of this type could easily collapse in the way they did. Most of them saw sense having been given the facts. If something collapses then the easiest way for it to go is straight down.

It falls straight down onto the floors below causing them to then also collapse due to excess weight being on them. Once that starts it is just a chain reaction. A building like that is going to be in trouble when the majority of the structure is obliterated on numerous floors and super heated jet fuel causes fire hot enough to further weaken the remaining supporting beams.

Super heated jet fuel? Jet fuel burns at a lower temperature than a normal wood fire. Also the jet fuel burned up in about 15 minutes, after that the steel regained its strenght as the temperature lowered. And the whole steel frame acted as a large heat sink so the steel was probably never weakened very much.

Wow, cool photo. Heat weakens steel, a lot. The jet fuel fire burned for hours stoked by the winds we saw carrying the smoke away. It was a blast furnace.
The burning towers fell igniting 7WTC. It burned on many floors for hours with no attempt to quench the flames. The sprinkler lines were cut and the firemen were... otherwise occupied. The beams softened and it collapsed from within.

@USA, Good question. The hijackers specifically targeted flights scheduled to be flying all the way across the country because they would be carrying the most fuel. Thousands of gallons of kerosene fuel vaporized when the fragile wing tanks hit the building at 400 mph. Ignited by the exploding engines the burning fuel coated the interior of several floors and much continued straight through the building making a fireball worthy of Hollywood.
