Guy at top center appears to run backward and fall. I didn't see what happened to him, but people don't hang around that area long.
Watch the guy in all blue, left side of the screen, get smashed by the girder. Nasty!
Gantry cranes are usually stable, this must have been quite a failure of something. It looks like building debris wafting down after the girder.
