Cajun food rules. Anthony's a genuinely honest man. I loved the episode where he went back to his restaurant in New York where he used to work and served as a line cook. He couldn't keep up with the pace worth a shit. At least he was honest.
I run restaurants; they're totally different from home style cooking.
